Could not be happier. Professional and provided me with tons of education about the issue - both on the phone before they arrived to help troubleshoot the problem and while they were here. I threw a “oh, by the way can you check the switch in the kitchen that hasn’t worked correctly....” question before they left & Jason was able to fix it and didn’t even charge extra because he was able to complete both tasks within the same hour. Would definitely highly recommend. Would definitely hire again.

it was a pleasure to see how well the brothers work together. gave estimate & suggestions on how to match a high hat in the kitchen that is no longer manufactured. worked within my schedule, showed up on time & worked very neatly, also, cleaning up as they go along. job went smoothly, any questions/concerns about the job was handled diligently. actually added more work to our original contract. will definitely hire again for future jobs, thanks guys

Stephen and Jason we’re real professionals, both prompt and courteous during the entire process. They showed up 10 minutes early and walked me through the whole process, confirming the estimate I had received on the phone. They moved quickly to install the fans, which turned out wonderfully. They made a small change I requested mid-stream (raising the position of the fans). The project ended early, and they charged me accordingly. I will definitely hire them again!

I have now used Jason Klein Electrical 4 times over the past year, since buying my townhouse. Each time they have arrived on time, have been knowledgeable and efficient. I am writing this review to highlight their knowledge and expertise, as they were able to install a new combination smoke and CO alarm, snaking a wire from a pre-existing hook-up in very quick fashion. Thereby, saving me money and just as importantly completing the job in a manner which did not require me to re-paint. They did such an excellent job that I wanted others to know, so I decided to write this review.

My husband and I were so impressed with Jason and Stephen! They were punctual, professional, and incredibly helpful. All work was done thoroughly and both Jason and Stephen made sure I was pleased with how things looked. We are happy to have found electricians we can call on again, and we will certainly use again!!

I highly recommend Jason and Stephen Klein at Jason Klein Electrical Contractors. They were on time, easy to talk too and efficient. They explained everything to me in a way I could fully understand. They fixed the problem in the lights and gave me advice on how to keep from happening again. If it does happen again, they gave me advice about fixing it. They're coming back to replace breakers in the electrical panel next week. A+++++ and highly recommended!

Jason and Stephen installed 14 lights and dimmers and did a flawless job. They went through the process with us and step-by-step so we understood exactly what would be done. Even though it meant losing a little work up front, they recommended that we wait on one section of our work until we had an additional contractor in because it would save us money on the job. They helped us make the best lighting decisions and we couldn't be happier with the results. Their work exceeded our expectations and the rooms they worked in look beautiful. These guys were incredibly considerate of our family and did everything they could to limit the disruption in our life - they finished a project each day and cleaned fully so there was never a mess or room we couldn't use. Jason and Stephen treat your house like their own - Both constantly had their eye out for any wiring or electrical issues that they wouldn't be happy with in their own house, and as a result, they identified and fixed three illegal splices, including one that could have been a potential hazard. These two take extra care to make sure everything is perfect and meet their customer's standards. We are looking forward to having them do some additional jobs in our house.

Jason called to give me an up front estimate of both the material and labor costs. I will definitely hire these 2 again! They're the best I've dealt with in a very long time!!

They have completed multiple projects for us from outdoor landscape lighting for our entire yard, surge protection, fixture installation, and temporary electrical prep for an outdoor wedding. Excellent experience. This is the second time I have used Jason Klein electrical. The work performed in this visit was much more complex than the previous appointment. Jason and Stephan’s knowledge permitted the work to move efficiently and quickly. It involved three different issues left from the previous owner: lighting issue, the need to move a combination smoke detector/fire alarm and address a dead outlet required to run the water heater. The latter two issues were complex and required creativity in arriving at a solution. They arrived on time, are neat and professional. I would recommend them to family and friends, they were great.

Extremely honest, informative, neat and efficient, personable, I highly recommend them, that need electrical work done.They praise other peoples work, and make improvements, and they don't try to gouge you at all. If you want the the job done one, and right hire the Klein brothers. They give you the prices with different options. They are brothers and the work together well.
