He was very pleasant and he explained everything to me that he was doing. He did the job without trying to sell me anything extra or anything I didn't need. I would recommend him 100% !!! I was very impressed!! Iwill use him for all my future plumbing needs.

Jimmy was very prompt and came to my house even if it was late in the evening to accommodate my working hours. He worked and fixed the plumbing issue the same day!!

I thought I would have trouble getting in touch with a plumber on a Sunday. Jimmy picked right up, discussed my issue with me and we set up a date/time for him to stop by. Usually with maintenance/repair appointments you have to deal with large windows of time where you are expected to be home and waiting and even then, you often have to deal with late service. Nothing could have been further from the truth with my experience with Titan. Jimmy and I agreed to a 4:00 appointment; he showed up at 3:45. That's what I call punctual. Upon meeting he was friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed my issue, we agreed on a cost of repair, and off he went to the local hardware store to get some miscellaneous parts that he needed. He returned promptly and made short work of my leaking drain. After I came back downstairs from running the water and testing the new drain piping, I found Jimmy had already bagged up all the construction debris, vacuumed my bathroom, and was on his hands and knees cleaning my tiles; definitely above and beyond what I expect when I call a plumber to take care of a leak. On his way out, Jimmy gave me a receipt detailing step by step everything he did as well mentioning that his work comes with a warranty, so not to hesitate to call him if I ran into any future issues. All in all, I don't think anyone could have asked for more from a service call. I would highly recommend Jimmy/Titan for plumbing needs.

JIMMY FROM TITAN WAS ON TIME, QUICKLY FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM, EXPLAINED WHAT IT WAS AND SOLVED IT. I THOUGHT IT WAS A BIT EPENSIVE BUT WAS WORTH IT. HE ALSO GAVE US A FEW THOUGHTS ON HOW TO PREVENT IT FROM HAPPENING AGAIN. A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Just had a pipe unclogged from Jimmy; he came in the same day, he did all he could to make sure the job was done (being so that my house is not the easiest to work with), he was patience, helpful and would definitely recommend/work with again!
