Titan plumbing communicated prior to arrival the process of the estimate/ evaluation of my leak inside the wall. They arrived on time and informed me of the problem and cost. The work was started right away and they did so professionally. I believe they went above and beyond to fix what I thought was an unfixable disaster. I am grateful that I chose Titan and appreciate the work they did on my home.

I had to replace the body diverter in the bathroom and had some quotes from other companies as well. Others wanted to go from the bedroom closet( and I am sure it is normal to do) but Jimmy found the way to work without extra demolitions and his price was lower than other. And the best part that his work has a warranty to it. I am very happy with the work and reassurance that if something goes wrong with the install, I can call him back.
