Ok. Needed a new pump and due to cost, technician was honest and recommended I buy a new dishwasher instead

They arrived on time and worked quickly. I was pleased with the service. They did leave some small mess behind in my laundry room and also needed to ask me for a garbage bag, but other than that, the service was good and I would use this company again.

He was able to tell the bearings were worn. He then went the extra time to check under washer for leaks of water or grease. Excellent service

Perfectly twice. Initial job performed fully and punctually. When I needed a soft copy of the receipt 2 months later, they emailed the doc the same day. Even if you are a small customer, you are treated with respect.

Knew what the problem was, ordered the part and returned in couple days to repair. Went very smooth.

Rrpairman stated that refrigerator functions were highly technical and he didn't want to get involved with functions thst involved computer based technology. This was after he showed up at 6;15, iwas told repairman would arrive between 1 -6 PM anf would call when they were on route. When he arrivex I told him that I expected a call but he said he wasn't given my phone number. Overall it wasn't a positive experoence.

Tech performed that job. When I told him that there was an ice build up in rear of inside of refrigerator and I wasn't getting much ice and the refrigerator wasn't cooling enough, he told me that maybe I left the door open too long. I said that makes sense, but how do I make it start cooling again. He told me that everything seemed to be working fine, even the condensor. But he said it could be a condensor problem, that would have to be replaced, and that would cost somewhere around $700, would be better to just buy new. I said no new one again. I have a spare refrig, I'll just bring that in here. On his departure, he said I may want to call the manufacturer about the problem. I paid him $135 PLUS the $39 Angie's List fee. I don't think I got any kind of bargain. He was there less than an hour.

Very happy with the outcome of the service. Very honest person. He told me what was wrong and how to resolve it in the future if it happens again. I am definitely keeping the name of this business to tell others who need appliance repairs.

Excellent. Two men, one was the owner, were punctual and efficient. They removed all the registers and replaced them and vacuumed any resulting dust. They took before and after photos. They also checked out the furnace and humidifier and cleaned the dryer vent. I do not recall the charge but it was reasonable.

On time & technicians were pleasant, worked quickly & efficiently. They left lint outside (my front lawn) which blew all over the please otherwise perfect.

Quick response, and reasonable price

Two workers from Apex arrived on time as scheduled and called in advance so I would know precisely when to expect them. They cleaned the dryer vent thoroughly at both the dryer end and the exit to my townhouse on the outside of the building. There was no attempt to sell any additional services, and in fact one of the workers told me that with my dryer being relatively new (~6 months), there was no need to pay for dismantling the dryer itself to clean the inside as I had asked about it. My only marks against are that they did not have the ability to vacuum out the lint trap area of the dryer itself (it's narrow and they did not have equipment to get inside it), and one of the workers seemed annoyed that he actually had to walk around to the back of the unit to reach the dryer exit vent (it's an end unit, no less, so not a long walk by any means). Overall, they did a good job at a reasonable price that I didn't feel was too expensive, but also wasn't so cheap that you'd expect to be ripped off in some way. They also provided a full receipt I can use to document to my condo association that I had my dryer vent cleaned. I would definitely consider them for another basic clean-out job the next time I need to have it done.

He responded quickly and professionally. He looked at the problem, and while we agreed ultimately not to proceed with a repair, he was knowledgable and straightforward about the options. Would call Apex again for other repairs if needed.
