They didn't recommend anything. (Inaudible). I'm not very sure about them.

Ray once again came out and helped us with our washing machine. He was on time, worked neatly and quickly and had our washer working in no time. He also thoroughly cleaned our dryer vent and showed us the amount of lint we had built up in our vent. Will definitely keep using Apex Appliance.

Never heard back from initial phone conversation.

I contacted Apex on 2/24/16 via email. An hour or so later I received a call back where we scheduled the service for Thursday 2/25, between 8am and 1pm. At 7:50am on the 25th I received a call from Apex that Raymond was on his way and would be here in about 20 minutes. Raymond arrived at 8:05. After his inspection, Raymond told me what was wrong and what repairs were needed and also gave me an estimate, which seemed very reasonable to me. I authorized the repair and it was completed in a short time. I am very happy with Apex's service and professionalism. I can see where their "A" rating on Angie's List comes from.

Told me open phone I was waiting my money. Cost of repair would exceed value. I need a new dryer.

Apex Appliance is the best of the best! On time and honest. Raymond is one of the best service people I have ever seen in 40 years. I will tell anyone looking for top of the line service to call APEX.

It went well. I paid an additional price for the service. The service should be on time and also be performed on that actual day or the next. The worker did the job quickly but he kept on insisting that we were paying him less.

Service performed as described. Arrived early on a Saturday and was done within 30 minutes. Dryer went from taking 2-3 hours to dry back down to normal 20 minutes. Technician's specific tasks included: 1) Slipping into a tight utility closet behind the water heater to reach dryer unit. 2) Disconnecting the flexible dryer line from the back of the dryer unit. 3) Dryer line had an elbow piece he had to disconnect as well. 3) Manually scooping out gunk from start of this line. 4) Manually scooping out gunk from just within the dryer where the line connects. 5) Using a leaf blower with an attachment to force air into the outgoing line and any stuck gunk out of the line. This last step important because line was vertical and went out roof of building. 6) Reconnecting everything and giving it a power test to make sure nothing knocked out of wack. Only 1 minor gripe: Technician left boot prints on my carpet. However, my place is a wreck. The carpet is gross and being replaced. I didn't care. If it was done in a nice place with new clean carpet, I could see a client getting very p***** off. Very Happy with service; would use again. Recommended.

They are very good. I have used Apex in the past and I would use them again.Our washer was not spinning. They replaced the lid switch assembly. It's workin fine now.. I also had him check my dryer. The handle on the vent screen was broken.He just jerry-rigged wiring and did not need to get a new one. Itis working fine too.

Recommended not worth getting fixed, gave ballpark on what to spend on new machine.. Speedy replies.. Very happy!

He advised us we should buy new appliances instead of spending on costly repairs. He had nothing to gain from this because his company did not sell appliances. They only do repairs.

This was a special deal from Angie's List, of $39.00 towards a large appliance estimate/repair. We had previously consulted another appliance repair company about the constant buildup of ice on the bottom of the freezer of our Whirlpool refrigerator which would then leak all over the floor. The previous repair person removed the rubber flange at the bottom of the drain pipe, which tends to get clogged, but this did not solve the problem. The Apex repair person was punctual and very friendly and helpful. He opened the back panel and verified that the flange had been removed. He asked if we had defrosted the refrigerator afterwards. We had not been told to do this. He explained that the problem would not go away unless the refrigerator was defrosted, as there would still be some ice clogging the drain line and causing water to back up into the bottom of the freezer. He was very apologetic that he was not able to perform any service. We just got around to defrosting the refrigerator, and the bottom of the freezer is now ice free.

This is the second time I have called Apex when an appliance dies on me- both times they are very helpful, very responsive and very kind- they did not charge me either time since my machines were broken. They were really good about answering questions as well.

The dryer was making a grinding noise. ASAP ordered the part and took the dryer apart to put the part in. He cleaned the inside of the dryer and cleaned everything on the floor afterwards. He was very professional and the dryer is working well now.

Honest repairman who didn't try to sell me a new motor, which would have cost as much as a new DW. Punctual.

The freezer was accumulating ice at the bottom and no matter what we did to get it to stop we could not figure it out. The water would accumulate at the bottom of the freezer and then would start to leak out onto the kitchen floor. The GE Profile refrigerator with freezer on the bottom had just gone off warranty. I called Apex and spoke with Tom. He came out immediately, and inspected the freezer and figured out the problem determing that the drain line was clogging up!! He said that all our attempts to rectify were in the right direction, but this was something that we would not be able to see without removing the drain line. He also explained this had to be done very carefully as not to cause other issues with the "delicate" other parts in the area of the drain line. Well, it is now Sept. 26 (over 2 months) and no more leak!!! Thank you Tom, we are no longer chipping ice out of the bottom of the freezer or worried about flooding in the kitchen! Very knowledgeable and professional and will definitely use your company again.

Tom was very kind, any other appliance I would use him, no problem. I thought it was very nice that he was willing to assist me, even though he wasn't going to make any money from me. He really took the time to talk to me and I would recommend him even just for his persona.

I thought I would need a new dishwasher but it turned out to be a minor hose repair. He was so honest that he could have told me I needed to replace it, or move it out from the granite countertop but he was concerned that it would create a problem. He fixed the problem and could have over charged me but was completely honest and showed me what he did. Great guy, great company.

Washing machine was not working. Technician Tom responded on time and diagnosed the problem and replaced the washing machine pump. He was very professional and efficient.

It went well. The repairman determined that a hose became unattached, causing water to leak on the floor. He re-attached the hose and checked all parts to see if there were any other issues. Fortunately, there were no other issues and the machine has been working fine ever since. The repairman was on time, very professional and efficient.

Excellent experience. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for my gas dryer. They called back immediately and set up an appointment for the next day for a 8am-1pm window. Tom arrived at my home at 8:00 am, checked the problem and explained it was a heat relay. Promptly replaced the relay and I'm good to go. Very fast efficient services. I am so glad I found this company. Will definitely use in the future.

WOW! what great service! I was given an appointment window, then called THAT morning to let me know the tech was on the way. He showed up in time, assessed the situation, told me the best way to handle the job (without piling on a bunch of unneeded items and labor), then he got right to work. It went very well. They called 30 minutes before arriving and they were right on time. They explained everything they were doing from entering my home to exiting it. They wore covers over there shoes when entering the home so they didn't track any dirt inside the house. They were very polite and friendly. My wife and myself felt very comfortable with the guys inside our home. Very professional!

Our washer has had a completely off balance spin cycle for about the past 4 months. After suffering with this problem for four months we found that the problem was due to a worn tub suspension rods. Sure enough when Raymond removed the old rods we noticed that one of them was bent which was the cause of the problem. New rods were installed and machine is running like new.

We have a dryer vent that vents out of our roof and due to the extremely long length of the run, Tom had recommended installing the Dry Safer Monitor on our dryer to alert us should the run become clogged with lint which could ultimately become a fire hazard. You can't put a price on peace of mind.
