Apex was able to order a part for a very old range, took a while to arrive but it was not urgent or did not effect use or safety of the range. Technician Raymond was awesome! Very knowledgeable about task he was sent to do, he was friendly and very professional. I was treated with respect as was my house. He did not hurry and took his time to make sure the part was replaced correctly. He cleaned up the mess behind the range paying attention to detail and made sure he left nothing behind. Very HONEST employees, both the owner (On initial call) and Raymond were asked to also look at 2 other appliances that were not working/damaged in my home...informed me because of the age of the appliances they would recommend replacing and not fixing. Obviously they lost money in not making a repair, but they gained trust and a customer for life! Thank you!

I wasn't impressed. I thought for $65, that was a little much. I really thought for what they did I could have done myself. They were nice people but I thought I would get more bang for my dollar. They moved the dryer, they stayed maybe 15 minutes at the most, blew it out and moved the dryer back.

Replacment part worked for 3-weeks, then failed. Tech came out and replaced failed part at no cost. Very responsive. Very friendly. Very neat & clean. Would hire again for any appliance repair.

Tom arrived promptly, cheerfully and was very professional. The dryer was an easy fix with a coil replacement. When I was mentioning that I would make a new appointment for him to look at my fridge, he asked what was wrong and looked at it right away. It seems it needed a new condenser motor and he said he couldn't leave with out replacing it. Went out to the truck and had the part. Both repairs took about an hour and I couldn't be happier with the service.

Very well. He show up on time and stay late to close the job. I was not able to get the original manufacturer's rep to come and fix the issue. I am glad Apex was able to come the next day when I call them.

I was able to get an appointment quickly. The technician was knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem, and gave me an estimate before he did the work. He was very quick and had the parts to fix the problem. 3 minor comments. 1. I was given a 5 hour window for them to arrive. He did come within that window but it was in the last few minutes of that time. He did apologize and it was rush hour by then. I wish this company and all providers could narrow their windows for the customer's convenience. 2. After the appointment was scheduled, it was a little hard to get in touch with them. The tech explained that the dispatcher was not feeling well that day so maybe this is not the usual thing. 3. The flip side of a quick repair is that the parts cost $70 and the labor was $150 (total $220) for the 10-15 minutes it took him to do the job. There was a $35 senior discount which was appreciated so the final cost with taxes was $198. The labor cost seemed a little high but maybe we are also paying for the drive time to get to the house. Overall though, very satisfied. The dryer works well again. The tech was pleasant and efficient.

Apex was very responsive when I emailed them for information and to schedule. They were very flexible when I wanted to reschedule. The technician arrived on time and was very pleasant. He performed the task quickly.

Great, Apex is a good honest company! I had a difficult door and improvised with ice maker tubing. It's working well. I'm very happy with the work that was done. Will definitely use again!

The fridge is so old even though apex searched, new hinges were not available. Ray came out anyway to take a look and was able to fix the door with old hinge. He was so helpful and pleasant I can't recommend this company highly enough. Fast efficient and pleasant, what more can you ask?

Chose not to go with them because they could not terminate Dryer outside or ground HWHH. Also, wanted to install $800 Aluminum liner in Chimney instead of replacing the tube with the proper size.

Well arrived on time up charged me for new vent connection told me it was not good without looking at it Did the work well

I texted Apex with multiple questions about having the dryer vent cleaned. Each one was answered promptly (even on a sunday). They said they could come the next day and gave me a window of 10-3:00. Andy arrived at 12:00 with a helper and took care of the vent quickly and cleaned up as well. Polite and professional, can't really ask more than that. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Great! My dryer stopped heating. I worried that I would need to replace it but when I looked at current $$ for a comparable model I balked. Found APEX on Angie's List and saw the many positive reviews so I sent an email. Got a very prompt response and scheduled an appointment. Tom was great. Explained the possible issues thoroughly and honestly, found the problem and replaced the coil. He also showed me that the front glides were worn thru and should be replaced; I agreed. The dryer works properly now and is very quiet because of the new glides. To replace the dryer with a comparable model would have cost $650+. Going to hire them again for dryer vent cleaning in Fall and recommended them to my neighbors.

We couldn't be happier with Apex. Raymond came out because we were having problems with our dryer. For 8 years (even after several dryer vent cleanings), we have never been able to dry our laundry on a single cycle. We've always had to run the dryer 2-3 times. Raymond cleared our dryer vent and diagnosed our dryer issue (likely caused by long term vent issues). He was super knowledgeable, personable and informative. He answered every question we had and talked us through the steps he was taking to resolve our issue. We will be calling Apex for future dryer vent/air duct/appliance issues and will recommend them to others! Really impressed! (Note: Don't want to jinx anything, but our first load of laundry dried in 1 cycle!!!)

He was great. He arrived in the early part of the time window, got straight to work, diagnosed and made suggestions as stated above - all in a personable and professional manner.

Raymond is personable and great at his job. I had him previously for an issue with my refrigerator which he fixed promptly. I would highly recommend Apex.

As of now, there isn't an issue with the freezer. Hopefully we stay issue free. Very nice, professional serviceman.
