Michael and his team were great. The job proved a bit more difficult than originally estimated but Michael worked with us through all the problems. He was very responsive to our requests and needs. The job took longer than anticipated but that was not anybody's fault. The final result was great and I would definitely recommend All Around Renovations.

We received 3 estimates and Mike's estimate was the middle estimate. We decided to use Mike because his price was reasonable and he understood the scope of our project in particular special type of attic venting needed in our townhouse. We were renovating our rental property that our daughter and son-in-law were moving into and we needed to get it completed in a short period of time. Mike was very accommodating and completed the project very promptly. His workers were very friendly and always picked up after working each day. Mike always responded immediately to any of my calls or texts even when he was on vacation. I would recommend Mike and his crew to family and friends and will use them for future projects.

Michael and his team are life savers. Everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. Their attention to detail and pride in the project was something special - I feel like Michael treated my home as if it was his own. Michael communicated with me throughout the process and was patient with all of my questions - helping me to understand many things I needed to learn. After weeks of reviewing many recommendations and quotes, we found All Around Renovation to be the most knowledgeable, experienced and skilled. Our extensive renovation project started immediately after closing on our home and took approximately 6 weeks. All Around team was always clean, on time and very reliable. They are a team of utmost integrity, honesty and quality work. Considering amount of project work we had lined up, it was done on time/schedule and on budget! By far, All Around is top notch company! .From the beginning of our relationship Michael made good suggestions to our plan for finishing the basement. He and his team were punctual and reliable. They did what they said they would do. When I gave them adequate notice, they worked around our schedule. The quality of their work was excellent. We are very happy with the job they did and would recommend them to our friends and family.

Mike was prompt and professional. Ultimately we decided that another contractor was a better fit for our needs at this time.

We have had a really great experience with them. I give them A's across the board. The work is still in progress. The estimated price started out at $35,000, but we have added some things so I am sure it will be more when the work is completed.

Michael and his crew showed up at the agreed time to start the job and were very courteous and professional from the time the contract was signed to job completion.. Michael made sure we understood each step of the renovation. This is a very old house and we were not shocked to find that additional structural work needed to be done. The room needed to be completely reframed. The floor, ceiling and outside wall needed to be replaced. We only had a small frosted glass window. Michael replaced it with a larger double hung functional window. This enhanced the natural light flow. AAR (All Around Renovations, LLC) did a great job matching the siding that was removed because of deterioration. AAR installed ceramic tile floors in the powder room and the kitchen as well as painting 4 rooms. The workers were very neat an cleaned each day before leaving. I was able to shop for the vanity, toilet, lights etc., so I got exactly what I wanted. I would not hesitate to use All Around Renovations, LLC for other projects and I have recommended them to several people that saw their workmanship.

We chose Mike because his estimate was very reasonable and he seemed to understand exactly what we wanted. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable and was always available by phone or text for any questions. The project came in on budget and on time (only delays were from the town permits & inspectors). We are very happy with the quality of the work done and would absolutely use Mike again in the future.

It went very smoothly. Mike and his team were extremely professional, They arrived on time, they were always friendly, they cleaned up after themselves every day. The full bath was completely gutted and new electric and plumbing installed. The half bath/laundry room was originally an unfinished room. Mike and his team constructed an enclosed area for the hot water heater and furnace, installed a pocket door and we now have a private 1/2 bath downstairs! He framed out the walls in the laundry room and painted everything. Also had a new back door installed. Tile floors in both baths and tile in the shower. There were several problems with the grout in the shower (not Mike's fault) which he did his best to resolve. There are still a few issues with it, but at this point we believe it is the grout. There is one more thing we can do to resolve it. If this doesn't work, we would definitely call Mike back to re-grout the shower.

One of the main reasons my wife and I hired Michael was because he was the only contractor who had suggested changing the location of my tub, sink and toilet in order to improve spacing in my bathroom. I asked another contractor about doing this and he told me this could not be done at all. Also, Michael quoted a fair price for the work and his contract (mostly labor charges) allowed my wife and I to purchase whatever tile, toilet, sink, fixtures, etc. we wanted. Michael first started work on March 4, 2014 with demolition of my bathroom including the removal of my existing plaster ceiling and existing wooden/linoleum floor. The work ended on April 4, 2014 with a final coat of paint and grout. The plumbing work consisted of removal of the entire drain and water supply pipes that were below my bathroom floor and replacement with new pipes/lines (due to changing the location of my toilet, sink and tub). The plumber also had to install the new shower valve and shower head/arm (built into wall) , new toilet, tub faucet, tub drain/overflow, sink faucet, etc. The electrician had to install 2 new sconces, a new exhaust fan/light and a new GFCI outlet. Michael and his team had to install new insulation in the ceiling and outside wall, a vent for the new exhaust fan, drywall on the walls, hardy backer around the tub/shower, a new console sink, porcelain floor tiles, ceramic wall tiles up to about 4 feet high, a couple of shelves/racks, etc. He and his team also had to re-install the existing trim around the door and window after they were stripped/painted by me. Michael's crew also primed the drywall on the walls and ceiling and painted it with the paint my wife and I had to purchase. Michael and his team of workers all did a wonderful job of completing the job within the time expected and making a 100 year old bathroom look brand new! It was a pleasure to have Michael and his crew working for us. All of them were very courteous, trustworthy and demonstrated professionalism and pride in their work. My wife and I could not be any happier with how the bathroom looks now and would not hesitate to hire Michael again for any future restoration work.

It went very well. We're actually using them again for another renovation in our house, currently. They would be redoing our room, closets and bathroom.

From the free estimate thru till completion, Michael and his team are amazing. I had a very tight timeline to complete the work and move in (approx. 15 days)... Michael and his team tackled the laundry list of renovations noted above and completed on time and even ahead of schedule despite the major weather issues! The project was finished within budget and the only overage was by $1600 and that was due to my own choices of upgrades, so no problem there. Every time Michael said he and his team would be working, they were on time and down to business. My neighbors actually pulled me aside a few times and said they never stopped working throughout the day and even they were impressed! Bottom line - Michael is trust worthy, honest and delivers what he commits too. I have many other projects to tackle and will only be using All Around Renovations... no other estimates from other contractors needed! I've already asked him to replace my basement door and add in dryer vent! Kitchen and Bathrooms next!

We renovated our kitchen and bathroom. We interviewed three contractors for the job and we were most impressed with Michael and his company, All Around Renovations. Michael guided us through the entire process beginning with the drawings and paperwork (for the town), which he took care of very quickly. He talked us through the design and gave excellent suggestions. Michael also gave us his cabinet contact who we also really enjoyed working with. Once our permits were approved by the town, Michael and his team were on-site the very next day working on the demo. Michael and his team cleaned up every day before they left, which we appreciated since we were living in the house during the entire process. After the demo, the electrician sub-contractor re-did our entire electrical in the kitchen and bath, which was a complete mess from the previous owner of the house. We also had a new 200 amp panel installed and recessed into our wall (it was previously sticking out of the wall). The plumbing sub-contractor also did a good job relocating some of our pipes and installing all the plumbing related fixtures. We were also very pleased with the custom tile work done in shower and bathroom floor as well as the back-splash in the kitchen, which came out much better than we were expecting. Throughout the entire renovation, Michael was very easy to communicate with. Anytime an issue came up, we were given options on how to proceed and his suggestions. If we ever needed to reach Michael he always picked up his phone and responded to text messages within a few minutes. Overall, Michael and his team were well organized, efficient and a joy to work with. We look forward to working with All Around Renovations on future projects.

We had water damage in the basement due to a pipe that exploded. This required extensive repair to the area. I called All Around Renovations and Michael was responsive and helpful during a stressful time. He came right over, cleaned up the mess, and quickly came up with a plan to fix the area and remodel the space. Since he was there, and the price was comparable to other contractors that we had contacted, we also had him remodel the half-bathroom and the laundry room, both of which were down there. Michael and his crew performed top-quality work. He was helpful, the job was done on time, and he meticulously cleaned up afterward. Thanks to All Around Renovations, our new space is more functional and comfortable. I would highly recommend All Around Renovations and I would certainly use them again in the future.

This is the second time we called on All Around Renovations (Michael S.) to do remodeling. The first time was much more extensive, which involved adding a room, skylight replacement, roofing/chimney masonary work, gutters, decking work, masonary work for sidewalks and a stone patio. The work was well done and at a reasonable price so when we looked to redo our laundry room this time, we called on Michael again. The laundry room turned out great. The redo involved stripping the room down to studs and starting over -- drywall, painting, floor tiles, cabinets (stock) installations and some electric work. Overall, we are very happy, again, with the work and price. Michael is responsive and does what he says he would do and in the time-frame that he promises - which means a lot to me. I had received 3 other estimates and Michael was the friendliest, most knowledgable, and pricing was comparable. He had the work done in one day as promised. Not only were they prompt and efficient, they went above and beyond by filling in the space with dirt, grass seed, etc. The concrete was removed and the job was left clean. Highly recommend.

The work went well. When Michael found termite damage he notified us immediately and provided a reasonable estimate to repair the damage and keep the project on schedule. Michael did a great job on designing the deck and constructing it with good materials. The deck made a big difference in the appearance of the house. Michael took care of all of the permits and inspections as we don't live in the area.

We have used All Around Renovations, as well as other contractors, for prior work in our house, and now we will only hire All Around. Michael is always there when he says, which seems to be a rare quality in contractors. Our deck was in need of new flooring, and we went with the new composite material. We also wanted a new handrail set up along with new steps. We are so happy with the end results that we would invite any of our friends to come see what was done. I would highly recommend Michael.

This is the first contractor I am contacting from Angie's list and am not impressed with either.

We recently hired Michael to do a total renovation of our guest bath. His bid was competitive and he stressed a focus on the job until it was 100 percent finished that was lacking in the last major project we had done. As is often the case, there were a few issues that could not be anticipated. These were handled without a hitch and with little additional cost. Michael was patient as well, as the vanity we ordered was about 2 weeks late in arriving. As soon as it arrived, the work picked up where it left off. The actual work took about 3 weeks. Once finished, Michael asked us to go over the room and let him know where touch-ups were needed. He promptly returned to repair some minor grout cracks due to settling. He let us know we could call him if we notice anything else, and I have no doubt he will be here to address the issue.

I had an old screened in porch that was falling apart and had really become an eyesore. I knew I wanted to change this into a three season room, but didn?t really have a clear picture of what I wanted. I got a number of quotes, but was immediately put at ease with Michael. He suggested several different options and seemed to truly understand my taste and appreciate that I had a budget. Michael started when he said he would start, showed up at the job every day, and kept me informed throughout the process. Although this wasn?t a huge job, I really felt like Michael made it a priority. The end result is beautiful. I could not be happier with my new sunroom. It came out perfectly; even nicer than I had imagined. I will definitely use Michael for my future home projects. The price was good, the end product was fantastic, and he was truly a pleasure to work with.

Michael came in and gave us a no-nonsense assessment of our situation after our house was hit by trees as a result of hurricane Sandy. .He recommended the best way to go that would save money as well as povide the best quality. He continually updated us on progress and was himself actively involved with every step. He employed guys who were equally as sklled and professional. He was quick without being sloppy, and the quality was 1st rate. I an't believe we lucked out finding him! This is unfortunately rare to find someone as good! Wewill be calling him again. Each job was done with professionalism and care. Michael treats each project as if he was working on his own home. Once he started a project he didn't stop to start something else - I felt that I had his undivided attention and his main concern was that I liked the outcome.
