Description of Work: They removed an ice dam from my roof using steam. It took about 2 hours including a few minutes to clean up. They even cleaned a front window which accumulated ice during the process. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: Mario and one of his employees came to my house to clean out ice dams that had formed on the gutters for three sections of our roof. They did a great job, were very polite, and also were suggestive of improvements to make that will help reduce issues in the future. | |My only qualm was the price, which has less to do with the quality of service and more to do with the cost. Initially, $250/hr seemed very steep, but all things considered, Mario was efficient with his time, and the final product was definitely what I had expected. | |
