I have built my business on offering outstanding customer service and quality of work, at a reasonable price. One of the components of customer service is timeliness. If I am available I will answer the phone anytime of day or night for any customer. If they leave a message I return their call promptly because that has provided me clear separation from all of my competitors. I am in a very small percentile of contractors that answer their phone period, let alone on weekends. I have a minimum that I must charge in order to provide the quality and high level of service to my customers. I am compliant to all NJ regulations including general liability insurance , workers comp on all employees and have my home improvement contractors license .My company is currently in the top 20 percentile of all soft wash cleaners across the U.S. solely because of my integrity and compassion to deliver the ultimate experience to my customers. From the time we arrive until the time we leave your property, you will be provided with an optimal user experience. It is for this reason, that I have to charge a minimum of $400 for every project that we encounter. If the project is too small to justify our minimum, I recommend that you allow our professional staff to clean some other extremity of your property in order to justify the minimum we charge.
