+ -1 moreTodd was great- right on time, very personable and professional. He cleaned everything up so well that I didn't need to do anything after he left. He had to feed a wire through the wall and ceiling, which I was nervous about- being a new homeowner - but everything is patched so nicely and neatly. Will definitely use Todd again and recommend him to others. He was also very patient with me as far as scheduling goes because my work schedule kept changing. The final price was the exact quoted estimate.
Description of Work: Installed a vent fan in bathroom ceiling. House from 1940, plaster walls, no existing fan. Vented to outside.

+ -1 moreTodd said that he would contact the manufacturer in an attempt to get a new motor so that the entire fan might not have to be replaced and that he would be in touch. I was impressed. Had he contacted me I would have used him either way. Unfortunately, I didn't hear from him again.
Description of Work: Todd came as arranged to look at a broken exhaust fan; the motor had burned out.

Description of Work: replaced an electrical conduit torn from the house during the October snowstorm in which multiple tree limbs were broken causing the electrical connection to the house to be lost.

Description of Work: Outdoor security light not functioning, dishwasher not functioning, fridge not functioning. I was out of the country when this happened and found Resch Electric through Angie's list. Todd worked directly with my tenants to set up an appointment and was there promptly and found the source of the problem, a short in a circuit, very quickly. Although my tenants told him they would pay and get me to reimburse them, he sent me a bill (even though I was a new client). The charges were reasonable and the service very good. I will definitely use this service again!

+ 0 moreWe've used Todd Resch for almost 10 years. We have never experienced a problem with any job. He is responsive, reliable and honest and I trust him in my home. His rates are not over priced and after every job the area is spotless.
Description of Work: Todd has done interior rewiring and repairs. He has installed motion sensors security lighting. He also designed and installed landscape lighting around house & pool.
