+ 0 moreLuis is professional and courteous and will be helpful to most people, especially those with little to no knowledge of construction and engineering. His suggestions were sound and reasonable, but in my view, a bit overpriced for the work performed which consisted of an hour site visit and a two and 1/2 page write up with more pictures than words.
