Needed a new shower door for a bathroom remodel. Worked with Jessica, who came out to measure herself. She took her time and explained the process well. She and the office staff communicated well about the time line and were able to accommodate my schedule for the installation. The installers came on time and I'm thrilled at how my shower looks. They did a great job and left the work area neat and clean.

I love it! My guest bathroom has some weird angles between the ceiling and window and I was afraid I wouldn't find anyone to do the glass shower like I wanted but they figured it out. Jess was so great to work with, she really brought my vision to life!

Overall, I am very pleased with AGM. The estimate was fair and they kept within their timeline. There were a few hiccups during the installation. However, Joe (owner) and his staff rectified this issues immediately and w/o cost to me. My biggest plus with this contractor was the customer service. Calls were returned in a timely manner. All the staff was courteous, responsive and concerned. The installers were on time and very neat and tidy. The few issues were addressed and corrected quickly and to my satisfaction. They also offer a 3 year warranty and that gives me piece of mind knowing if I have an issue I can contact them. I highly recommend Accurate Glass for any residential installation.

We were completely dissatisfied with the experience from start to finish. We hired these guys at the recommendation of our builder. We ordered new shower doors for 2 brand new bathrooms. The workers were inexperienced and overloaded. They installed cheaper, thinner and shorter doors than what we ordered. They were installed incorrectly -- the sliding doors were not sealed or screwed in correctly. The doors were put in backwards, and leaked. The shower could not be used. The owner did not return calls for the work that he saw himself was wrong and he agreed to fix. We had to have another company come in to take out the sliding doors and replace them with new ones, costing us more time and money. The second shower leaks as the seal around the door was not done right. We don't want other people going through this with a company that clearly does not stand by its work. Bottom line is they cost us a lot of time, money and aggravation. Stay away from these guys.
