A slight mold problem was discovered in the crawl space as the result of water laying in there. I called Mr. Felice and he came out and fully explained the process to remediate the problem. He installed a complete space encapsulaton system (liner and sump pump in the crawl space) and insulated the crawl space. He also cleaned out years of debris before he started the work. The entire job took five days. All the work was done on time. The crew was polite and courteous and the job site was left spotless. I would highly recommend Felice Enterprises to my family and friends.

The work was done over three days very professiional they cleaned up after they were done and even vacumned. He labeled the extra paint and stored it in my laundry room. I would definitely use them again, in fact Barry is going to repair and refinish my deck.

I inhered this home from a family member, living three hours away from the property it was not always easy to stay up with the properties upkeep.The home had become quite a mess from the bushes and vines that had seemed to overtake the property. A local Realtor referred me to him after I decided to put the home up for sale. I gave Felice Enterprises a call, Barry went out, gave me a complete estimate outline exactly what needed to be done. He also sent me a "before" picture and sent me progress pictures as the project came together, most of these pictures were sent right away to me from his smart phone. I am so happy with the work I have had done. He now takes care of my property's upkeep monthly until the home sells. One more thing, he takes Visa and Mastercard. Really a great connivance.

Barry of Felice Enterprises always answered in a professional manner, I never called and received his voicemail. Barry came to my residence greeted himself and took off his shoes to make sure he did not trail any dirt through my home. He gave me an honest estimate came two days later and performed the work. Barry is an extreme hard worker and updated me through the process to let me know what was being performed. He has a great personality and always cleaned up after himself. I am having him come back next week to repair my sliding window before the winter season approaches
