Description of Work: Wood-Boring Insect Inspection Western came to a house I am buying to do a wood boring insect inspection - they performed the inspection and gave me a detailed account of their findings along with pricing for added services they could provide.

+ -1 moreIt went well. However, I will compare prices of similar services. This price seems high. We had to quickly respond to a situation causing the owner to not have time to get estimates for similar services. The situation causing us to initiate the service turned out to be false.
Description of Work: Inspected for insects and rodents. Put out mouse traps. Sprayed for ants. Returned the following week to inspect traps. Called owner to report results. There are three more inspections and treatments spread through a 12 month period.

+ -1 moreThere were termites in this house before we owned it and they had serviced this house. When we bought the house, we were prepared to get the contract with them too. We pay an annual charge for their services, and it is kind of expensive. Their professionalism is fine. I would use them in the future, if necessary.
Description of Work: We have a contract with Western Termite Control to do termite inspection every year. I believe they come twice a year to do that. They did a termite inspection about a month ago, actually.
