It went really well. Although I was an emotional wreck (nothing like that has ever happened to me), Brian and the guys at Rainbow were the most professional and understanding group of guys I could have hoped for! They worked through the night until the issue was stabilized. They also worked directly with our insurance company which was very helpful!

It went incredibly well! They were extremely professional and worked to resolve our issue immediately! They were there within an hour of calling and took care of everything in less than 3 days. They cooperated with our insurance company and our adjuster and made our lives easy. I would recommend Rainbow International to anyone that has any loss! I dealt directly with a gentleman named Brian who was courteous and knowledgeable. He even gave me his personal cell phone number in case I had any issues at all.

We had to call Rainbow International to come out for a plumbing issue at a condo building. The first company we called messed up and Rainbow came out promptly and fixed the original issue with ease. I found that the employees at Rainbow International were prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. I would highly recommend them for any issues you may be having.

It went great. The old deck looks brand new and just about matches the new one, you cant even tell. !

Experienced a sewer overflow that ran into HVAC duct work. Called and spoke with Ken. Texted him photos I had taken of the crawlspace, wet insulation, concrete slab and dripping duct work. He had a crew come out after I had the sewer unclogged to assess damage in the crawlspace, including HVAC branch run and trunk duct lines. Crew removed soaked batt insulation, removed contaminated portions of branch and trunk duct lines. Crew disinfected, ran dehumidifier overnight. New batt insulation installed after dryout. New HVAC trunk and branch run installed by contractor Ken selected. New insulation affixed around trunk and branch. Total time from initial incident to completed repair: 5 days.

My contact person was Nick. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and just plain nice. The company is usually paid by the customer yet once I stated I wanted them to wait for the insurance company to pay them - they agreed immediately. They came when they promised, meet with me whenever I asked them to, and submitted all the paperwork directly to the insurance company. I relied mainly on phone call updates which I received in a timely fashion. They removed all the damaged materials quickly once the job was done. I would definitely use them again.
