+ 0 moreFirst of all, Mikes' Landscaping sub-contracted out the job to Herron Contractors, who I knew nothing about but since Mikes Landscaping was recommended by Angies List and he used them they must be OK. Well Herron Contractors turned out to be a one man show who could not come til 4:45 pm each day due to his full time job. It is done he is paid. I will not use Mikes Landscaping or Herron Contractors again.
Description of Work: Added new stones to the driveway and rolled them flat so I could use my wheelchair (which I can't). Put in a border and then added soil around the border to keep it in place. The soil is now full of weeds and needs to have all the weeds pulled a matting put down and then mulch placed on top to make it look like a professional job.

+ 2 moreMike did work for me in 2014 as well. On both occasions, he and his team were punctual, quick, professional, and the end result was very well done. His prices are reasonable and he's very easy to work with.
Description of Work: Mulched large landscaped areas, trimmed all bushes and trees, cleared leaves, cleaned up area of yard.

+ 0 moreI am very pleased with the finished product. The plants are very beautiful and are flourishing thanks to the irrigation system. Mike and his team did most of the work on a hot summer day. Then, they went to a local wholesale grower and came back with the most beautiful, healthy plants ever.
Description of Work: Mike took out my overgrown bed and replaced it with a beautiful perennial garden, complete with drip-line battery operated irrigation system. He also installed a railing for my steps. Before work began, he emailed me a drawing of what the new bed would look like, complete with names of plantings which I could change. He also included a contract with price and a copy of his business's ins. certificate. VERY professional.
