 + -1 moreOur downstairs AC went out while we had renters in for the week. Coastline immediately responded and diagnosed the issue. Initially the part was out of stock and take a few days to ship, which would have been a difficult situation with renters. The owner, Ed, personally searched and found one he could get the next day. The next day the AC was fixed and everyone happy again. We were remote and could not inspect the work and trusted their estimate. The cost was minimal and Ed said there was no reason to replace the older unit and spend more money. A very honest and reputable company which has pride in their work and puts their customers first. We would use them again in a second.
