Description of Work: My advice to future emergency customers on a weekend would be that if you don't get a call back within 30 minutes of leaving your number, you should just move on and find someone else that day. | |I called the the main number for an emergency appointment at noon on a Saturday. I was directed by an automated message to call another number for emergency appointments. The instructions were to call this second number, type in my phone number and then hang up. Then, the emergency on-call technician would "promptly" call me back. So I called the second number, typed in my number, and hung up per the instructions. | |I waited for 4 hours for their reply so I could schedule an appointment. However, I also got completely frustrated watching my ability to find another electrician slowly slipping away while I waited for someone to return my call. Finally, after not getting any call by 4:00pm, I gave up and found another electrician. | |However, please note that I did eventually receive an apologetic message from someone around 5:30pm. They explained their was something wrong with their phone reception that day so maybe my experience was a one time problem.

Description of Work: I had a circuit breaker that would not reset for a wall nounted electric heater. The electrician and his helper checked all my heaters and wiring underneath the house to troubleshoot the reason the circuit breaker kept tripping out. They isolated the source to one heating unit which was several years old. after discussing the possibility of obtaining parts we decided to install a new heater. This was done in a reasonably short period of time at what I believe was a fair price. I will use Anzelone again for any electrical repairs that I may need.

 + -1 moreThe work was absolutely perfect. The inspector that came out even about how the good the work. Showed up on time and were very professional.
Description of Work: I had Anzelone upgrade the electric service in my home from 100amp to 200amp. They are certified to by Atlantic City to do the tie-in into the city grid. They also installed some GFI outlets throughout the house.
