Description of Work: waste and recycling collection done consistently in a timely and professional manner. after horrible experience with another company (IWS) this has been just perfect. funny to say that about a trash collection company but they just do it right, beginning with the first phone contact to set up service. they even cleaned the snow off the top of the container.

+ -1 moreI was finishing my basement and cleaning out the garage of scrap wood from projects that have been accumulating for over 20 years. I looked into renting a dumpster but they all had time limits. This project was going to take several months. And I read some horror stories about being overcharged for tonnage etc. I heard about Bagster. I eventually bought 3 Bagsters from Amazon for about $23 each. Set them up in my driveway and took my time filling them. After each use, I would cover them with a tarp. About 6 weeks later, they were full and ready for pickup. I went to the web site at http://www.thebagster.com, created an account, scheduled a pick up for 3 bags, and paid with a credit card. I got an email shortly afterwards saying that they will pick up the Bagsters in 3 days. I got another email the day before confirming the pick up and on the third day at 7:30AM a WM truck pulls up to my driveway. The driver was a pro. He deftly operated the truck's built-in crane, picked up each Bagster, and gently dropped it in the back of his truck. He was done in about 15 minutes. It was amazing. I recommend the Bagster for those do it your selfers who need plenty of time.
