ROOT 24 HOURS

The guys ran late due to another job, but it was ok, they called and I knew they would be late. No problem. The guys put a smoke machine into my sewer system to find a leak that was previously not found by another company . I had a smell of sewer that has been coming and going . They ran the smoke through the pipes which showed them where the leak was coming from. The leak was in the rear outer wall. The guys spent a lot of time to find the leak . I am happy to finally know where the leak was coming from. I have been through a lot with this, at first I thought there was a dead animal somewhere in the walls and insulation . I was very happy with the service I received.

I have a service plan with my water company. The first company called and said they could not be out until the afternoon of the next day. I told them that was unacceptable and called back the water company and told them i needed someone to come out now. Within an hour Jared from Root 24 arrived. He worked extremely efficiently and snaked to the curb and within 45 minutes the clog was cleared.

I have used Root 24 Hours for the past eleven years for many different plumbing jobs both major and minor in both homes that I have owned . Had a leak in my main water line.American Water Co. refered me to a company,they came out,pressure tested the water line incorrectly [after the water meter],but determined there was a leak. Dug up my yard almost a whole day,couldnt find the leak.Then told American Water it was coming from another source [there was no other source].American Water Co.then sent out Root-24. Pressure tested the line correctly [before the meter] and determined there was a leak. Root-24 replaced the entire line,took care of my yard as best as could be expected,and came back again rake it out a second time upon my request . My water line leak was repaired properly by Root-24. I can't say anything about price,I had line insurance with the water co. But I will say Root-24 solved the problem quickly and correctly.

The guys from Root24 were professional, quick, and courteous from the start. The manager arrived at 9:30am on Thursday to a**** the situation. I told him that I was supposed to have 40 people over to my house that Saturday and he told me he would try his hardest to get my water running and draining properly in time. He got a team out there immediately and they worked all day hand digging to access the sewer line. By 6pm the line was repaired and all the work was done! I was so grateful to have this taken care of quickly and neatly. They returned the next day (without adding any hours to the total charge) to cleanup and inspect the work in the daylight. Fortunately the only had to dig up my side yard. They filled in the hole nicely and made it level footing. It didn't look to bad and was safe to walk on and work around. Everybody was so polite and they all worked so hard I would reccomend them to anybody with a sewer emergency. They can be reached 24 hours.

Broke my toilet, still broken, still runs. They said it must have been lile that. It wasn't.. Showed up late. Did not call first.

I had another plumber charge me 321.00 to diagnose a problem and recommend 3 thousand more in diagnoses. Then after that the repair would have been tens of thousands. Root 24 fixed everything for under 300.00 dollars in less than 30 minutes. For once an honest, trustworthy, educated, experienced plumber.

our downstairs toilet backed up. They came the next day, used a diagnostic camera, found the problem, excavated, replaced broke pipe. done in two days, with one heavy rain day break in the middle. prompt, hard working, courteous, answered all my questions. Advised me promptly when weather was going to cancel days work. The first estimate we got was more than double what these good people charged us.

They were a huge operation, with lots of heavy equipment. Once hired, they immediately got to work and treated my job as a top priority. They finished in one day, which is incredible.
