Description of Work: I am the owner of 8 rental properties. I am a physical therapist by trade and therefore have very limited time to allocate to my rentals. John (G.C. Improvements) therefore is responsible for handling all of my properties. I was extremely lucky to meet him after going through some 'not so professional' contractors. John's work is excellent down to the tiniest of details. He has done electrical work, flooring, painting, bathrooms, roofing repairs...you name it. There is no job to big, no job too small. Most importantly he is a man of his word and genuinely a nice guy. John is on the job when he tells me he will be there. His prices are very competitive and his work is done right the FIRST time. I trust John to the point where he has key access to all of my properties.
