Mike, was very responsive when i called. He provided detail on how the work will be done for the carpets. He arrived on time and we walked through the house to agree on the cost and ensure his estimate was accurate (estimate was over the phone and prior to seeing the home). WE agreed in a $350 cost for the carpets. Mike did a great job with the carpets. After, we discussed the cost for power washing the deck and home. The cost provided was for most of the home and the deck since the other walls did not need power washing. I found mike's company to be very affordable and excellent work. We have already discussed to continue using his serviced next year!

Provider contacted me through the site quickly to set up an appointment. The day before the appointment, the provider called me to ask about changing the time to an earlier slot. When my schedule wouldn't allow this, he agreed to keep the same time with no problems or concerns. He arrived on time, completed the necessary work, and was pleasant while doing so. I am already considering using this provider for a future job.

Everything is sparkling clean again. It had been a while since the windows were washed and the screens cleaned, but I couldn't be happier with the job done. It looks like there is no glass in the windows, that's how clean they all are. My only regret is we are moving soon out of state and I won't be able to have my new windows done by the same company!

My carpets had not been cleaned in over 4 years; I have had extensive remodeling done and the carpeting throughout the house had been neglected. In other words, every room was in serious need of attention. Mike arrived on time, moved furnture as needed and, using a really special cleaning machine, made my carpets look like new. He eliminated years of built up dirt and stains that I thought were a permanent fixture. Needless to say, I was delighted. I highly recommend Mike's service and will definitely call on him again.

This was a $159 big deal purchase. He was nice and very agreeable, but there are parts that he did not do. He stuck with the price of the deal. If I ask him again to do certain parts again he will do it. No one came to my house after he was here. I really liked him, but my carpet needs more cleaning. The price was cheap and very good. He was on time.

Did inside of windows very well but the outside windows where okay. For the price it was a good job. My windows are old and need replaced. He had a hard time putting the screens back on but he did his best. I will use him again.

This was my first experience with hiring a contractor to clean the windows on my two-story colonial home. I liked Mike's price on Angie's so I gave him a try. Mike did an excellent job! He arrived on time as promised and immediately went to work. He was careful with moving shades, lamps and curtains out of the way. There was no damage or mess. Mike removed the inside window grills (typical Anderson snap-in grills) and did not damage a single one. (Plus, he snaps them in with no problems; something that gives me headaches.) He cleaned the sills of that green gunk caused by shady trees, which is a constant problem here. Cleaning screens is always a pain and time consuming. Mike has a device that really simplifies the cleaning process and does a great job. He has a method of keeping track of which screens go where, so there were no mis-matches. All clasps are in tact. Mike uses a special water filter to provide crystal-clear water for the window cleaning and no detergents or soaps are used. So there are no environmental concerns and plants are as safe as can be. The results are amazing. He washes the outside while standing on the ground with a long pole that scrubs and uses the filtered water. Sure is a lot safer than hanging off a ladder 20 feet up. I'll add that no dirty water streaks below the windows were found, so he's careful about leaving the site spotless. Kudos to Mike for saving me a lot of time and effort, and for a really great job. I will not hesitate to have him back again. He chose a descriptive name for his company, because my widows do truly sparkle now. Thanks, Mike.
