+ -1 moreKellan Building does great work, but consistently goes over the quote. He is impeccably honest and very personable. We have used him a number of times because of the quality of work and honesty of workers, but the one improvement he needs to make is his quotes.
Description of Work: Kellan Building built a large is addition for us last year. The quote was for about 120,000 dollars, but came to approximately 200,000 dollars.
