RUSSO'S RENOVATIONS INC

They were very nice. A woman came out, and I asked her whether I needed to have gutters replaced and she said that she didn’t think so and that I should just have them cleaned. So, I thought that was nice, because somebody else wanted to sell me gutters for $4,000. I guess the job was alright. I am still having some problems with water, but I am not sure whether it is gutter related or it is something else that has to do with run off. They came out and told me that they had got like a seven-day back up and that they would see me in about seven days, and within about seven business days, they called and made an appointment and showed up the next day. They were pretty professional. They sent two guys out, and the guys were nice. They did the work on a hot day and they worked until the job got done. I spotted a couple of little things that I thought needed to be done and they went up and did them. They were good and I liked them. It is pretty dry down here and I would say that the job is working well. We haven’t had a lot of rain since they have been and I will wait around a while and take a look. The house is pretty dry and I don’t see as much in the back of the house as I did the last time. I asked them how often it should be cleaned and they said twice a year, so I will probably call them in the fall and have them do it again.

RUSSO'S RENOVATIONS DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THE CRAFTMANSHIP WAS OUTSTANDING. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB ON TIME AND WITHOUT ANY NEED FOR CALL BACKS. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEM.
