I have been aware of on-Line Electrical for almost ten years. During this time, I have worked with them, on a professional level (I am in property management) and on a personal level They are the company that I contact when I need anything electrical done at my home. I was impressed with this company (and the Owner, Jeff) from the beginning... starting with his willingness to explain electrical systems to me. The patience with which my questions were answered (even to the point of his drawing sketches of wiring!) was a thing of wonder as I can be very specific and thorough until I am satisfied that I completely understand all aspects of the job. Having hired this company (as previously mentioned) on both a professional and personal basis gives me a unique perspective. The two times, over the years, that my personla residence was in need of electrical work (1) replacing a malfunctioning light fixture, 2) checking out all outlets and systems after flooding from Hurricane Irene), On-Line Electrical was prompt, specific, reasonably priced and very sympathetic and supportive.... that last meant almost more that all the former. Since becoming familiar with this company, in my profession as a multi-dwelling property manager, I have, on numerous occasions, obtained bids from On-Line Electrical for these properties for everything from replacement of light fixtures to replacement of entire electrical meter hubs... from simple rewiring and outlet replacement to assistance in obtaining samples/pictures of potential new fixtures which greatly aided the property residents in their decisions..... from certification of entire smoke/fire alarm systems to repair of same... from knowledge of local electrical codes to their willingness to research same, if necessary. Again, I cannot stress enough how much this company excels in knowledge and communication. Put that alongside their ability in the field of eletrical systems and fixtures and I am proud to recommend this company to anyone and have done so, on numerous occasions over the years. Although this testimonial may sounds a bit gushing (I just reread my words), please know that I am not, in anyway related to anyone associated with On-Line Electrical. I just, very sincerley, respect the heck outta this company and the Owner and want to do themthe amount of justice.

I like to do as much as I can myself. I did some of it, but he is very easy to work with, and everything I could not manage, he definiteyl did a good job with. He also showed me how to fix my stove! The other thing I like is that he labels everything so it is very "idiot proof" and easy to understand.
