Description of Work: Checked heating and AC unit (under service agreement). Replaced igniter and flame sensor at my request. They kept appointment. Only suggestion would be to get rid of the answering service and deal directly with person who schedules service.

Description of Work: I called and a phone representative asked to take my message and I was told that someone would call me back to schedule an appointment. I was called back a day later and was told that a plumber will be available to come take a look for a free estimate in 2 weeks. Then on that scheduled day I would be given a call with an estimated time for the arrival time. I didn't think that was good to not be given the estimated time of appointment at least the day before. However, I was going to be home all day so I didn't mind. On the day of the appointment, I was given a call midday and was told to espect the plumber to stop by in 2 hours. Well he showed up towards the end of 2 hours. He was corteous and professional and examined the issue thoroughly but told me that he would get back to me with an estimate soon. It was for a slow toilet and for radiant heat flooring. Two weeks go by and there was no response. It was a good thing that I didn't have to rely on fixing the slow toilet immediately since I have another toilet that was functioning. So I called the company and again it was a receptionist who took my message and told me that the plumber would call me back. She asked me for the plumber's name so that tells me that the calls are taken by an answering service. The plumber called me back 2 days later and told me that the estimate will be emailed to me within 2 days. Well, I didn't receive it and I left another message telling them that I was frustrated with the lack of prompt response. Then after another week, I did receive the email. It was not specific and that was when I decided to not bother with the company anymore. I was patient at first because there aren't too many plumbers who deal with hydronic radiant flooring. They are totally unreliable or are just too busy to care.
