+ -1 moreGIO TECH WAS FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, AND AVAILABLE TO WORK WHEN WE NEEDED. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS MUCH BETTER THAN WHAT WE USUALLY RECEIVE. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR COMPANY.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED AND REPLACED SOME OF THE HARDWARE ON THREE OLD COMPUTERS AND HELPED US SET UP AND TRANSFER FILES FOR OUR NEW COMPUTER.

+ -1 moreMY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY IS VERY GOOD. THEY HAVE A VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF THAT TAKES THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THINGS TO ME. I'M NOT VERY COMPUTER-LITERATE, SO I LIKE THAT THEY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO ME IN WAYS THAT I CAN UNDERSTAND.
Description of Work: I BOUGHT A NEW COMPUTER FROM THEM A WHILE BACK AND BROUGHT IT TO THEM TO GET AN UPGRADE. THEY INSTALLED PROGRAMS TO STOP THE POP-UP SCREENS AND VIRUSES FROM RUINING MY COMPUTER.
