 + -1 moreIt's just not as packed, it's much easier to get around and I guess I'm just used to where things are. I just walk the isles and purchased some light things like some bolts and fixtures. Questions I've had they've responded fine.

carpet installation
 + -1 moreYou can read my review under "Total Floors." There was an obvious seam. We had Total Floors come out twice, who did not fix it. Lowe's came out four times. An "expert" from the carpet mill from Long Island, who did not fix it. Another carpet installer, who did not fix it. And yet another came and tried to steam it. Each had their own explanations, excuses and possible solutions. After six months of taking a day off here and there, we finally got a credit. Towards the end I was calling once a week to keep the ball rolling. I am sure if I hadn't done this, it would have never been resolved. I would like to give credit Lowes and their personnel at least trying to make it right, but for whatever reason, it just couldn't seem to be done.
Description of Work: Remove old pad and carpet. Install new.
