My AC needed to be serviced as soon as I called they got right back to me and were at my house first thing the next morning. Professional, courteous, friendly, respectful workers who got the materials needed and completed the job quickly which helped me since I work from home. I highly highly recommend this company for all your future HVAC needs!!

after a year of excuses and lies, Lepore never made good on any of his promise. his company did an install of a new HVAC unit on my home. He cared a lot more about securing funding than securing a permit and ultimately never got a permit for my install. His guys fell through my ceiling twice and also made a few other unnecessary holes/damages throughout my home (fortunately nobody was hurt). He referred somebody over to make the repairs to my Drywall but I ultimately ended up paying and he never reimbursed me. I could go on with other problems but ultimately I would suggest to just stay away from this company unless you like being treated like an asshole. The only positive thing I can say is that the unit runs nice and cold but I'm not looking forward to what's going to happen if I ever sell the home and I have a home inspection with no permit.

Buyer beware. Owner Mike contacted me after receiving a referral from Angi that I needed a HVAC system. He came over and we agreed price but no written proposal was shown to me or signed that day. I did not think much of it because it seemed like we bonded and established a mutual respect and trust for each other. I specifically asked him if he was going to take care of the fee for the permits and he said yes. That was April 2023. Now it is July 2023 and no inspection dates. Asked me to do him a favor and call the town to see where the permits are, pay for them and then he will square up with me. Like a fool I trusted him and spent $220 for the permits which were ready since 05/19/2023 and took all of 10 minutes to get. He said he has been trying but it took me 10 minutes. I told him it took 10 minutes and Mike said if I would have told you it takes 10 minutes you would have told me to get them . Now he is saying on his proposal it states customer pays for permits and will not pay me back $220. I told him to send me the proposal with my signature and he did not. I even offered to split the difference and he would not. Beware! If he does not get you one way he will get you another. Low price for condenser but it has lowest SEER rating to save him money. No good.

I had the pleasure of hiring Leporeâ s Hvac when I built my home in 2015. Michael, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable and unbelievably pleasant to deal with. I had felt so comfortable with hiring them, especially after being so accommodating with all the changes of building plans. The work was so clean and organized. I highly recommend Leporeâ s Hvac. I have kept them for maintenance on my heating and cooling system. Their work is warrantee. They had also offered me financing with no interest. I mean it was a win win! Felt comfortable referring them to anyone who mentioned heating or cooling issues.

Lepore came over right away to check out our old Central Air system. It needed to be replaced. They were on the job within a few days and did a great job of installing everything. The workers were super nice and cleaned up perfectly after themselves. The only snag was that they accidentally made a hole in our closet since it was a very difficult entrance to the attic in order to take such huge equipment. Lepore hired someone to patch it up and it looked better than it did originally!

I had two gas furnaces replaced. The workers showed up on time and did a good job. Very happy with results.

I worked on many a homes over the years and Mike is the hands down the best HVAC contractor you'll find, period. Honest, flexible and Fair. He delivers on his quotes and completes a job usually within 48 hours of quoting. His crew are considerate and keep the job site super clean. I have used him or both my HVAC system replacements (furnace coil and condensors) in my home as well as our hot water heater. If you want the best at the fairest price, look further

Installed central AC system. Work was for a great price and the work was done perfectly. I highly recommend.

This is a very professional, courteous and punctual company. They returned my call immediately and came out same day to check out problem. Problem was corrected within 24 hrs. after my initial call. I was continually informed and kept up to date on the progress of everything that was happening. Crew is very professional and cleaned up everything after work was completed. Extremely hands on owner which is rather rare today from my experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with any sort of heating problem.

Not worth the aggravation. Initially I was happy he called, came right away, was early and gave us the best quote price. He said he would take care of permits and inspections. I asked him if there was anything else I needed to do. His answer was NO. We started calling 2 months later about permits and inspection. He either did not answer, or had an excuse. In July when I told him he needed to complete the job, his response -do you have a sign on your lawn?-. When I asked him what that had to do with permits or inspections, he said -this is only important when you are selling your house-. In August my husband asked him for the information so we could get the permits and inspection date ourselves. When we spoke with the inspectors, we realized that Lepore had us take out a duplicate permit. We had to fill out paperwork and pay $40 to get a refund on the redundant permit. We failed for minor reasons. When I asked the inspector why Lepore would come back to finish the work, he said there was a $2000 fine for not complying. When we spoke to Lepore about fixing the minor reasons that caused the failed inspection, he said he would come out on Saturday. On Saturday they did not show up. We called at 12pm and 3:30pm and left messages, and no response. I called several times on Saturday night and Sunday morning, he returned the message. When I asked about his no-show he said I never said it was definite and one of my trucks broke down. Monday he sent someone to fix the job. From the time of starting the job on 9/28/18, to final inspection on 9/30/19, it was over a year.

Installed furnace, ac, coil the next day. Mike and his service, both amazing. Showed up on time and installed everything pitch perfect. Gave adequate time in estimates for alternatives. As a bonus they reducted humdifier with no flexi but solid duct for no charge and rerouted the condensate pump.

Showed up ASAP for the estimate, with a dead furnace this was important! Had an excellent price, was able to start the job quickly, showed up on time and finished quickly. Great workers did a great job.

I needed to replace my furnace, Mike called me and came out right away. He gave me a very reasonable price, his guys were on time and very professional. Would recommend them to anyone, looking to have him back in the spring to discuss central air...

Mike and I butted heads from time to time, but the work was done and he made sure to make his customer happy in the end. I do have a complaint when it comes to the fact that my vents were covered with card board while the house was under construction. This means the vents will require cleaning before they can be used. If I requested a change, Mike made sure to make arrangements to have it looked out, assessed, and worked out if the change was possible. Mike requires a CLEAN atmosphere to work in, even if its a new construction being worked on. Be aware of that issue or the work will not go on.

This was a complicated logistical job in Rutherford, N.J. Four floors, retrofitting an old home with duct work, two systems. I got six total bids -- and everybody had a different idea how to do it. The process drove me nuts, but went with Mike and he was tops. His pricing was enormously competitive but you felt that you lost nothing in quality and customer service. He patiently walked me through a very complex process over numerous phone calls, patiently answered my dozens-upon-dozens-upon-dozens of questions about what system to choose, what other contractors had suggested, the relative merits and cons of each proposal. I truly found an advocate in Mike. Also, he did what he said he was going to do. He finished the job ahead of schedule, he accommodating me when hurdles arose. All-around great experience and a respectful, courteous pro who really gave you the sense, every step of the way, he DID NOT take your business and faith for granted.

Lepore HVAC was the most professional, best value contractor to replace my hot water gas furnace. We interviewed 4 other contractors and he was by far the best. He immediately scheduled my install, showed up at 7:00 AM and finished the install by 6:00 PM . The install was done to code and professionally installed. Mike's crew was great. Very happy with the job. I would use him again and recommend him for any HVAC work.

The owner Mike is very personable and on top of everything. And very easy to deal with.

Central Air Installation.As a retired HVAC facilities mgr. I found that working with Lapore's crew and owner to be a pleasant experience. Everything that was promised was completed in a professional ,rapid, and clean manner. Warmer weather will indicate how well the system will perform.

Nice bunch of guys. Were in and out, very quick. Efficient, courteous. Cared about being clean. Very quiet and nice.
