I was a customer for several years. We laid sod and installed a fence in summer 2021. We called to tell them not to service our lawn. The woman assured us that she would mark our ticket and the tech would not go on the sod. We marked off the area with stakes and neon pink ribbon. The moron tech drove 88 feet along the ribbon and then turned around and drove between the ribbon and the newly installed fence . The heavy machine ripped up the sod. Instead of knocking on my door and telling me he made a mistake he tried to cover it up. Luckily I got a phone call and caught him red handed. He asked me how was he supposed to know it was new sod……well he was either blind or stupid! called the office and was hung up on several times. We even drove to butler to speak to somebody…but couldn’t When we did reach the owner Doug acted like he was just an employee. They sent out one of their techs who said we had a big mess and it needed to be fixed… Then Bernie showed up. The other owner. He did everything to make it our fault. Even said that the tech never said that. However I recorded it and have proof. He did not pay for my damages. The main tech is old and should not be working if he can’t see Beware of them because they don’t stand by accidents and don’t fix damages.
