Description of Work: Under warrantee they replace defective indirect water heater. In addition to this service, they have replaced my outside oil tank with an indoor one, replaced my old boiler with a new one, and deliver oil as required for years without a problem. Once when my driveway was impassable with ice the oil delivery man slid down an ice covered hill with the oil hose to make the oil delivery. Outstanding service!

+ -1 moreI liked everything about them actually, they were very responsive and the provider had a quick turn around on the estimate. I've no complains about them, they're doing fine. I would use them in the future.
Description of Work: I had them give me a quote for something but I ended up not using them. Replace my oil furnace with the gas burning furnace.

+ -1 moreI liked everything about them. They were very responsive. They gave a quick turn around on the estimate. Actually he was the second and I would go on my first choice. I don't have complains about them. They did everything I needed them to do. Its just that at the end of the day, they didn't have the system, the right system I was looking for.

+ 2 moreIt was still under warranty and he stuck to his word. We first used their service because the previous home owner used them. As we were settling into the home, we ran out of oil. Gary, the owner, found out and hand delivered it even during the weekend. We have been using their service ever since and it's been about nine years. We have not run out of oil since because they provide an excellent service. Gary gives very detailed and fair bids. His work is wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Gary has done a lot of work for us. He delivers our oil regularly. He did a big job for us in the past and replaced our oil tanks and placed them in the basement as opposed to underground. He also ran the hot water under the floor of our bathroom and installed towel warmers. Our water heater that was attached to the boiler failed and he replaced the hot water tank at his cost.
