They seemed very knowledgeable and did all the ducts as well as went through with them. I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t show me what was in the duct even though I asked them 2 or 3 times. I had people showing me what was in the ducts earlier. They were very personable and seemed professional, except that one thing.

I called Matt, the owner, and we set up an appointment for the following day. I told him I found him on Angie's list and asked him if he honors the coupon and he said yes, so we got $150 off. The two employees showed up right on time. We said hello, introduced ourselves, and they asked where the thermostat was. I asked them if I needed to do anything (like cover up our belongings or anything) and they said no. It took them 2.5 hours to clean the 36 ducts in our house. They left everything very clean and there was no damage to anything. Afterwards, one of the employees, Walter, then explained the invoice to me and told me everything went well. Everything on the invoice was in line with what I had discussed with Matt on the phone. Based on my experience with this company, I would definitely recommend them. They seem straightforward, efficient, and easy to deal with.

Their price was reasonable. They were pretty much in line with their competitors. I would highly recommend them. They came exactly when they were supposed to come. I would use them in the future.

The gentlemen from Clean Air arrived on time and were very professional and thorough with regard to the entire process. They explained what was to be accomplished and treated me and our home with respect. They enter the vents through the duct system and use an agitator to stir up and remove all the dust and debris that has accumulated. I was especially happy to see that the entire length of the dryer duct was cleaned and it sure needed it...I was amazed to see the amount of lint that was removed. We used a coupon from Angie's List to make it a better value.

Our experience with Clean Air Technologies went well. All crew (3) and Matt (owner) showed up on time. Matt explain to us entire process of cleaning and before they started work whole our floor and area rugs were covered with heavy blankets and they were wearing "cloth shoe protectors (when they were in living areas). Our home is 40 years old and ducts never were clean. They did a great job, it took them 4 hours. Their work was done in very clean manner, they vacuumed all dusty areas and our home was left clean. For estimate we missed (1) supply vent and we were not charged additional money. Our dryer vent was going to be cleaned. Vent was old, plastic and did not meet present code requirements. Clean Air Technologies replaced vent with new aluminum (which was not an easy task), added plastic cage over exhaust outlet - all these with NO additional charge! Thank you. Company representives were professional and wore booties when indoors. I felt they did a good job.

They did a great job. First they arrived about 10 minutes early. That was a plus from the start. All of the men were polite and very professional. I was adviced to keep my glass sliding doors closed so none of the dust came in side my house. I was telling them how I see chipmunks go into my vent and try to make a nest. They offered to install a plastic cage over the vent to they couldn't get in anymore but the dryer dust could still escape out. I had this installed and I am very happy!!

The company made an appointment that fit my schedule, and arrived within the window provided. When the 3 gentlemen came in they automatically put booties on to protect my floors, without even asking! The work took about 1/2 hour and the price was as they quoted on the phone. These guys were very personable and respectful of my home.
