Let me start off by saying that I've restored two homes over the past 10 years and have worked with over 20 different contractors. I'm also the Global Head of Quality for a major corporation with locations in 45 countries, so I know a few things about quality, and customer service. I don't typically go out of my way to give reviews, but am happy to do so for All Climate Heating and Air Conditioning who ranks among the top contractors I've ever worked with. Upon deciding to upgrade my air conditioning system, I contacted a number of vendors including All Climate Heating and AC. Josh was my All Climate client representative, and he immediately responded to my phone call, and met me the same evening out at my home to better understand my needs and give me an estimate. Josh provided me with many options, including several that I was unaware of such as installing a heat pump in my attic to provide me with efficient heating in the Spring and Fall when the temperature is above 40 degrees. He also provided me with vendor options for my AC unit (Goodman, Trane, and York) and helped me understand the pros and cons of each. When I decided to go with Trane, I was provided with the exact model numbers of the units that would be installed which allowed me to do the necessary internet research to ensure that I would be receiving high quality units at the right price. I shopped All Climate's price with 3 other vendors, including Lowes who now installs Trane and found All Climate to be the most competitive. Armondo and his team showed up one week later to complete my install and did a fabulous job. Armondo has been in this business for 22 years, and takes great pride in his level of quality and workmanship (I wouldn't have received this level of quality workmanship had I gone with Lowes). I was also impressed with Josh's willingness to stay involved in the process from beginning to end (Josh is a true client representative, not just a sales guy). Josh worked with me and Armondo to ensure that several of my concerns were addressed during the installation. This company delivers nothing short of perfection in duct work, and installed my heavy-duty extra large ducts with multiple braces & perfectly wrapped insulation, making my attic look like that of a new home. The ducts are braced so well that I could walk on them if I wanted to, and my condenser and air handler are perfectly positioned and extremely quiet. All of the All Climate personnel involved in the job were highly trained, highly courteous, and took great care not to damage my home (putting drop cloths and paper down on my carpeting, etc.) I didn't negotiate to have them remove the debris, and was happy to see when a member of their team arrived in a truck to remove it anyway - these guys are a class act all around, and I am more than happy to stand behind them with my highest quality rating.
