Wonderful job. He showed up on time every day and worked all day long. Provided receipts for all materials purchased and cleaned up every night when he was done. Would and already have hired him again.

There was a delay between the first and second/final coats of drywall taping but the job was done very well. If I didn't know there was a patch, I'd never guess there was an issue. Jerry did well cleaning up a messy job and left no mess behind.

Jerry was great. He did everything we had agreed on in the amount of time he estimated. He asked questions when he needed clarification. Everything was done professionally.

I called Jerry, who returned my call that night, and scheduled an estimate for a few days later on a Saturday. My Larson security storm door had dropped a bit and was no longer able to be locked, which made me feel unsafe, so I was anxious to get it repaired soon. Jerry looked at it and called his associate, Dave, who has 10 years experience with doors. Dave was at another job, but came over a few hours later. Dave re-drilled the holes and raised the door, and then lowered the weather-stripping at the bottom. When he used my key to test the door lock, he realized that the 3 latches were sometimes sticking. So he removed the entire latch assembly, lubricated it, and the door was consistently locking again. I was so pleased with the quick response time, Dave's expertise in repairing the door, and the very reasonable price. I will definitely call Jerry and Dave in the future.

It was good news. The problem was less serious than we thought. It was nice to have it inspected by someone who wasn't looking to make work.

I've had Jerry work on my property numerous times. Small projects to major renovations. Simply put, he is a professional. His work is quality, he is on time, he is clean, he is trustworthy and he is beyond fair with his prices. Jerry is not just an excellent handyman, he is an excellent person.

His work is excellent and he is in demand. I need projects finished and he was supposed to complete last week. I don't have a return date and that is frustrating for me. I am waiting for touch up painting and switchplate changing with touch up painting.

As a handyman we expected that Jerry was skilled in the area of the plumbing as well - however, he did not disclose that he was not to us until after we hired him. He came out once to access the work we wanted done and determined how long it would take to complete and the material needed. Unfortunately, we Jerry came to do the job there was an unexpected issue with the first bathroom p-trap which needed to be saudered off and he wasn't equipped to complete this since he was not a plumber - understood. He proceeded to the back to complete the second bathroom leak which needed a p-trap replacement as well (so we thought). The very next day the pipe started to leak again and hasn't been the same since. He was nice enough to refund our money back. We wouldn't want to hire him again for this type of work. Maybe for other around the house tasks which we do have a few but I will be skeptical. Overall, Jerry is very nice guy, professional and honest.

Jerry was great. He responded promptly to phone calls and text messages, stopped by in advance of my purchase to make sure the job could be completed within the time frame of the deal, showed up early and completed the job within the time frame. He did end up staying late only because I chatted his head off the entire time but he was very friendly and patient. Everything was great when he was finished. I will definitely be calling him in the future for jobs around my house.

He did all that I asked of him in 3/4 of an hour. He is very pleasant & easy to work with.

Jerry is not your average contractor. He calls you back. He shows up on time. He completes the job until you're happy. One word of advice -- make sure you're there when he's doing the job if you're a perfectionist. I left my husband in charge and he really didn't know how to direct him. Jerry tried to send pictures to my phone but I really needed to be there to tell him. So Jerry came out on a hot Sunday morning to complete the exterior portion of the job to my specifications. The interior went fine. But the exterior was more difficult because it involved installing clapboard siding which Jerry had told me he had no experience with. I'm a preservationist and wanted it to look exactly like the house did when it was built in 1923. In the end, Jerry got it right. I really appreciate it as it was a job that no one wanted to do.
