It went great. Jerry is easy to work with and ready to make the job work. He'll do pretty much anything you need in your home. He's been here several times already and I have been completely satisfied with the jobs.

Jerry was very responsive from the initial call to the completion of the job. He arrived on time to provide a free estimate as we went through the list of services I wanted him to complete. We scheduled a mutually agreeable time for our appointment and Jerry arrived right on time. All work was completed as requested and in a timely manner. I will definitely contact Jerry again for future services.

This was not Jerry 's area of expertise however he made a recommendation of someone else and even followed up. I was very impressed and would definitely call him again. In our conversations he was professional knowledgeable and personable. For our appointment he arrived when he said he would.

I called Jerry and heard a recorded message saying that he answers calls after his work day ends. That was helpful (indicative of his helpful nature in general, I think) because it let me know that he would, in fact, call that day. Luckily Jerry was able to call early, happened to be in the neighborhood, and so stopped by late that afternoon. When he arrived, Jerry installed a furnace filter, which was a simple task for him but not for me due to the furnace's tricky location. Then I asked him to check on a shower door guide. He couldn't fix it on the spot because the door was old and the guide was broken in half. However, he did make some helpful suggestions that I will follow up on later. (The door works as is, so it can wait.) When Jerry left, he said "no charge," because he was there for what he characterized as only a few minutes--and that he had been nearby anyway. I will definitely call Jerry again. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Jerry was professional and rhorough in his work

It went great! We had ripped up old carpeting and needed new floors put it and baseboards. Jerry was on time and work right they the whole day long. He cleaned up after himself and everything looked perfect

Jerry aims to please - - and he does. Communicating is vital, both for him and the owner, in order to have a good outcome. His wish to do so was as evident as mine, since he always checked to be sure that the next step was as I wished. The repaired areas looked quite pleasing in maintaining an attractive shed. Although Jerry was paid in full, I firmly believe that he will return as promised (at milder temperatures) to touch up painted areas needing another coat. That shows trust in Jerry.

Soon after we contacted Jerry, he came out to give us an estimate on our project. We wanted to replace our interior doors as well as 2 exterior doors and wanted it done before the upcoming holidays. Jerry was honest and stated that he already had a full schedule for the next few weeks, but referred us to another handyman who specializes in replacing doors and windows. This man, Dave, did an excellent job and was very meticulous in all the work he did. He had the work done before Thanksgiving which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely contact Jerry again for our next project.

Jerry replaced the wood that was rotting, and put on new hinges. We will replace the entire fence in a few years. At least the gate is now in good shape! Jerry always does an excellent job.

Jerry did a great job with all the tasks we requestedhim to do. He was very honest in letting us know what he can and can't do. He was very responsive to our phone calls and texts and always came exactly at the time he committed to.

Jerry was very responsive with writing back to me from Angie’s list and coming out the same day on a weekend free of charge to assess the issue. He was very knowledgeable and honest- letting us know the best route to take was to go through our insurance. Although we didn’t get work done by Jerry we will definitely give him a call when something else arises in our home in the future. Thanks a lot!

It went well.. - The water damage was repaired well... my bathroom is back being functional and looking better... - The coat closet rail system is solid now... I can put a ton of coats and it will not break.. Two things I have to highlight about Jerry Thomson 1. Professionalism. You can count that Jerry is going to do what he said he would do on the timeframe he estimates. 2. Works hard and cleanly. Jerry put a lot of effort into repairing the water damage caused by the leaks... I specially appreciated that he made sure the renovation area was isolated to keep the mess and the debris from spreading through the house. Jerry installed thick plastic covers over a frame to isolate the hole in the dining room over the master bathroom and he vacuumed every day. His effort reduced tremendously the daily dusting that I had to do...

Everything went perfectly. Jerry arrived right on time and was able to remove the old unit and install the new one rather quickly. Since the new unit was a different model, Jerry had to devise a new way of mounting it above the stove. His solution worked very well and provided a rock solid mount. I'm very pleased with the work and have already sought his help with other projects.

Jerry and his team gave my porch a beautiful facelift. They rescreened and reinforced the wood posts and wrapped the posts in pvc capping. Jerry also painted the ceiling and door. My porch went from a dark un-inviting area to a relaxing and bright room. We love it. Thanks Jerry.

Jerry is prompt and friendly. He is a hard worker who never took a break and I kept him plenty busy! I have already booked him for another day this month.
