Jerry did a nice job at tearing down my old basement steps and replacing them with new ones. He also did a little electrical and carpentry work in my basement. He was on time and appears to be a nice, friendly person.

Very well done. Old windows were cleanly removed. New windows were sealed on the inside with clear caulk and finished with new wood.... and on the outside he masoned concrete to seal between the window frame and the surrounding brick wall. He cleaned up all debris. Jerry is pleasant and we plan to hire him to install several new interior doors that need to be fit onto the existing door frames.

Jerry is a good worker, and he knows how to get things done right. We are very happy with the result. The laundry room is as good as new! The price was very reasonable. We had water damage and mold in the wall, and had to replace a little more than expected. Jerry knew how to handle it. He also noticed that our water heater had a slight leak. Our washer and dryer are only a couple of years old, and Jerry worked around them without damaging them.

Jerry is prompt and reliable. I trusted him with the garage code to our house so he could let himself in and out due to our work schedules. Even though he is in high demand he squeezed us in in between jobs for thr small odds and ends job. He does his best to accommodate for your needs.

He was thorough and efficient.During the proces, he wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with position of the paintings on the wall. I really appreciated his professionalism in really listening to the customer. Thanks Jerry!

He was so great. He was on time and he was very polite. He came back out a second time to put my treadmill together and it totaled out to the exact time I had left to use. I really can't be happier with how this deal worked out.

The work was fine but there was a definitely personality conflict.

WE HAD OUR BASEMENT WINDOWS REPLACED AND SOME DIFFICULT DRYWALL REPAIRS PERFORMED. OUTSTANDING JOB COMPLETING THE WORK. HE ARRIVED ON THE COMMITTED DAY ON TIME AND WELL PREPARED (ALL MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB BROUGHT TO OUR HOME) TO COMPLETE THE WORK. HE WALKED US THROUGH THE GENERAL PROCESS WHICH WE APPRECIATED. HE COMPLETED THE WORK WITHIN THE ORIGINAL TIME ESTIMATES HE HAD PROVIDED AND REVIEWED THE FINISHED PRODUCT WITH US. VERY DEPENDABLE, GREAT WORK AND REASONABLE COST FOR THE WORK PERFORMED. WE PLAN TO USE HIM AGAIN FOR SOME OTHER WORK IN OUR HOME AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

I thought his service was excellent. He did way more than I expected for a Handyman. He moved my washing machine, redid the logs on my fireplace for a better flame, cleaned my windows from a ladder and a bunch of other miscellaneous things. I would highly recommend him and very very pleased with him and his work.

Jerry called and made an appointment to the survey areas that I wanted painted. He was punctual, friendly and courteous. Unfortuantely because the areas that I wanted painted are two story, and he has a one person company, he was unable to do the job. I particularly likedf his honesty. I would easily hire him to paint one story areas.

Jerry arrived promptly. Repaired everything in two hours. Have one hr of service left and will use towards outdoor work I wan't done in spring. (gutters falling down, wood needs to be replaced). Jerry is an excellent handyman. He has the ability to fix everything, Very pleasant experience. Will use Jerry for the next round of repairs.

it went pretty good the weather did not help for what needed to be done outside it was hot

Jerry was fantastic. My girlfriend used a friend as the installer and he was understanding and kind in his response. I would recommend him highly for his professionalism and promptness.

Jerry did a great job and is very personable. He had all the tools and supplies available and didn't have to go out for anything. Stayed for 5 hours but only charged for 4 because we were chatting.

I was very impressed on Jerry's scope of knowledge. If something didn't work he had other suggestions. He worked hard despite the boiling hot temperatures outside. Before painting the cement in pool area he called the paint company representative to come and take a look before he began. Paint was very expensive but Jerry negotiated a better price for 10 gallons that were needed. He also got back to us quickly when we contacted him. Overall, we were very pleased and definitely plan on having Jerry work for us again.

I purchased the handyman for a day deal for $250. Jerry contacted me shortly after to schedule the appointment. He was polite on the phone and professional. The day before the work was going to be done he called again to review what he was to do. He was on time that day. I told him I wanted him to paint the bathroom and have that done by the end of that day. If there was down time or extra time I gave him some more jobs that needed to be done but if he didn't have time for them, it was ok. The next job to be done was to replace the kitchen faucet. I left for work and told him to call me on my cell phone if anything came up. When I came home at the end of the day, the whole kitchen sink was removed and all the plumbing parts on the floor. He explained to me that when he removed the faucet, some of the plumbing broke. I wish he would have called me or not even started that project at the end of the day. He then went to the store and fixed the sink. I was not happen with the overtime hours that he charged me because we talked about getting all the work done in one day that I already paid for and if he couldn't get to the extra work, I was fine with it. Jerry and I worked out the issue and he gave me a break on the extra charge. Overall I was happy with Jerry and I think he is a polite and honest handyman. The bathroom looks great and the sink was put back together in great condition. I would have given him an A overall but I the issue with the faucet lowered it by one grade.

I purchased the 8 hours of Handyman for a Day from "Your Neighborhood Handyman LLC." Jerry called to arrange a time to come over to go over my list in advance. When he arrived I had a pretty big list, and some things I knew would require a second (maybe 3rd) visit. Jerry listened to everything I needed and made some recommendations as well. He also showed me some pictures of some similar work he had done. It was obvious he knew what he was talking about and was very experienced with what he does (which includes plumbing and tile work, among other things. ) He took notes about everything. Unfortunately I was unable to schedule the work at this time because I had last-minute changes in my work schedule. But I look forward to doing future business with "Your Neighborhood Handyman."

Jerry was just fine. His follow up was great and his pricing was very affordable. I just didn't end up using his services because of a timing conflict. I would definitely use his services in the future!

We purchased an Angie's List deal for 8 hours of service. It was well worth the money, and we would do it again. He worked hard for the entire 8 hours.

Even though he was booked out until August, Jerry managed to squeeze in my small job as we had just moved and needed to get a few simple issues resolved before putting our house on the market. He did the job on July 4th even though we were not in a huge rush. Thank Jerry. Will definitely call on him again if need be.

He responded right away to my emails and answered my questions to my satisfaction.

Everything went well once he found out what was causing the leak. That was once nasty job! Jerry was very patient and we will be asking him to come back for future projects.
