Jerry called back within 24 hours, which many others did not, and came out two days later, on a Saturday, to review the list and discuss a price. He was personable, down to earth, and very professional . He had helpful suggestions and seemed eager and interested for my business. I ended up employing someone else, a man married to a friend from high school, but Jerry was great.

Did a great job! We were happy with the quality of work. Arrived early every day and worked all day. Always cleaned up each day. We are very pleased and would recommend using Jerry.

Jerry performed every job perfectly and on time. He finished the original job for which we hired him so well and efficiently that we began to think of other projects we had been meaning to get done. By the time he left we felt like Christmas had come early because all of our wishes had been fulfilled! We have high performance standards! Jerrys' are even higher. Jerry did a great job with painting my bedroom, hanging my light and curtain rods. He was easy to get in touch with, responsive, and came back promptly after our initial work was done in order to adjust something.

My experience with handyman services has always been a lack of communication. Not the case with Jerry. I appreciated that he frequently called me with unsolicited status reports, texted or called me with any questions he had, made recommendations and called me before making changes or doing any work needed, but not on my initial list. He was friendly, professional, on budget, and on-time. Everything was completed to my total satisfaction.

Jerry promptly returned my call and we made an appointment for him to come out and look at the job. He phoned and texted to remind me that he was on his way, and showed up on time! and was very friendly and pleasant. Jerry realized the work I needed was out of his scope and readily admitted that he couldn't do the job, but recommended someone he knew who could. After speaking with him for a while, I realized Jerry will be perfect for those little jobs I need done inside the house. I am keeping his business card and will call and offer him those jobs when I am ready.

We've used Jerry at both our primary residence and rental properties. He's booked up and booked out pretty far. However, if you can wait a few weeks/months to use him, he follows through as promised. He is fair priced and makes sure you are happy with his work. I allowed him to work our home alone and completely trust him to close up and lock up for us. He will be doing a mold removal/drywall repair for us in our bathroom soon and came in almost $1500 less than a mold removal company's estimate. Looking forward to seeing his work and will post again with his results!

Everything was great. The price was perfect. He even worked to figure out how things could be completed at a lower rate. Best of all, he was personable. he was easy to talk to. He is also pet friendly. He took pictures of all of our pets. He even took a picture with our bird on his shoulder which actually flew and landed on him. He was an ultimate professional. Jerry knows what he's doing and does the little things to make sure the job is done right. He is very customer focused and strives to make sure the customer is pleased with his work. I was generally not available most of the time Jerry was working on the house as I work out of the area. Jerry emailed me pictures so I could see his progress and the finished products. He is extremely responsive and shows up on time.

Jerry did a great job. He removed all of the old screened in porch and replaced it with a really high quality new frame and door. I thought the work he did was excellent, efficient, and fairly priced.

Jerry did a nice job. He is meticulous and cares a lot about the project he is doing. The craftmanship is top notch. The only down side was that the time took longer than anticipated so the job cost more than anticipated. Next time I will want a flat rate.

Jerry moved all the furniture from the large wooden deck and power-washed the deck, railings, and latticework, as well as a fungi-encrusted gate (which came out beautifully), and 3 sets of steps. The next day, he and two helpers painted all the same (except the gate), and had the job done in short order. They also tightened down loose nails/boards in several places. Two days later, when drying was complete, Jerry returned and restored all the furniture to the deck. They did a great job and were professional and friendly throughout. I highly recommend them.

Jerry contacted me promptly and did an assessment visit for the 3-hour special deal, during which he immediately made a temporary fix to an off-kilter outer door so that I could engage the lock. On the actual work day, he arrived on time, caulked the master bathroom tub and tub surround seams and performed deep cleaning on a section of floor tile grout so that the bathroom looked quite refreshed afterward. He reattached and adjusted two cabinet doors with complex hinges so that they now operate smoothly and close securely. Jerry installed a new lantern to replace a broken pole lamp in the side yard, installed a new shower head and hose in the main bathroom and glued a microwave door handle that had cracked. The work was done beautifully, Jerry was professional and pleasant and I will be hiring him for additional work next month.

All the communication that I had with Jerry was very professional. He responded quickly and was able to perform the job according to my schedule. He was on time and completed the job in a quick and efficient manner. He did a very nice job on the door jam. I contacted Jerry on very short notice for some home repairs, and he immediately visited my house to look at the various projects. His offered price was extremely reasonable. Jerry is very responsive.

Jerry responded very quickly to my initial request for a quote on a home insulation project. He came to our home within 24 hours, carefully studied the extent of the insulation job request, and decided that, due to the configuration of the attic, he would be unable to help us with the full project. He did, however, make several excellent suggestions regarding our particular project specifications, as well as good recommendations as to the type of contractor to use to achieve optimal insulation results. We will be using Jerry in the future for other projects round our home.

Jerry went above and beyond; not only did he remove the two main pieces I asked for, but three other adjacent straight "boards" that were no longer needed too. I was pretty upset watching all these things go as my pet was deceased. Also I am unable to do very much due to a physical condition. Jerry was just a wonderful, empathetic, caring human being, talking about losing pets and showing me a photo of a pet he'd lost ( as well as doing the extra lugging). My place needs a lot of work and I'd sure like to have a good person doing it. I'll be calling him again.

Unlike some contractors who leave a project unfinished and head to Florida, Jerry kept in touch, accommodated our schedule, and returned on time to finish the work. He was invariably cheerful and professional; and he worked steadily, not even taking a lunch break. Though we had a list of small jobs for him this time, we wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for a larger project.
