+ -1 moreWanted an estimate to get rid of termites in a specific area that was accessible and where damage was noticeable. I didn't see any damage anywhere else so wanted that specific area treated. Instead I was charged $80, told it was an inspection even though I told them to begin with there the issue was and the quote I received for termite treatment was to treat the whole house as that is what they wanted even though I was only looking to have a specific area treated. Went with a different company for treatment that was more professional and reasonable for the treatment.
Description of Work: Found termite damage in one closet of a house. Contacted them to get an estimate on spraying that area

When I called, they said they were at another job and were cery apologetic! I gave them another opportunity and rescheduled. Once again, they were a no-show! + -1 moreI have an annual contract with them. I can depend on them. I can call them and put in a request. They will get back to me. They are on time and they are very thorough.
Description of Work: I use Ron's Termite & Pest Control. They come out to check for termites every year. The last time I used them was for a routine visit. A couple of years ago, they came out and drilled holes. They put stuff down for the termites.
