Description of Work: Came out a gave a price of about 10K. " but could be more if there is a problem. It would be better to move", His arrogance was unbelieveable. This house is not the fanciest, but it is our home and we don't owe anyone. I resented his attitude. We eventually had another Co at a cost of 14K who installed a new heater and baseboards.

Description of Work: Came within half an hour of calling. Did a professional job. Unclogged drain. Replaced flex hose without additional cost. Cleaned up well. Will use again.

+ -1 moreDon't use them --- they are not professional and dependable. You may waste a whole day waiting for them !
Description of Work: A morning appointment to repair a leaky toilet was made with JFK. When no one showed up by noon, a follow up call was made to JFK. JFK told me that they will be here in the afternoon. Again, no show. I called the next day and was told that they still had no one available. I wasted a whole day that I was off waiting for them. They are very unprofessional and knew that they could not keep appointment. Perhaps they may have hoped for a customer cancellation that day to permit them to do my job? This firm is unprofessional and not dependable.... try someone else!
