Paul was great. He knew what he was talking about and gave me a date and stuck to it. He even cut a few branches that were touching the roof. Overall, a very good job.

Paul/Five Star ...was amazing. He fit me into an incredibly busy schedule -- did a great job - and was incredibly professional and NICE (bonus). Did a great job removing damaging moss/dirt etc. on my roof. I can't recommend Five Star enough - can easily see how they earned the name!

The proprietor of the business was who came out to do my job and he did an outstanding job on my roof. I had recently bought my home and the previous owners had never had it cleaned so with several overhanging trees it was a moss and lichen covered mess. He put in almost 4 hours or more of really hard work but he got the job done and the roof looked like New. He stood by his original quote even though the job turned out to be a tough one. All black streaks, lichen, moss and algae were removed. The roof looks like new. I never realized that the entire roof had darkened so much over the years. Paul did an excellent job.
