The response time from my posting on Angi was quick. I received a call and Adam arranged an appointment and was at my door shortly after to walk my property. Adam provided a comprehensive reasonable estimate within hours.

Very poor services for landscaping. Every time after treatment, my lawn just died. I spent so much time to buy lawn repair to repair myself. I water one hour for the lawn every day except the raining days. Adam still said water more for the lawn. They gave me the cheap timer and y connector, they didn't show me the instructions. Three months later they were broke. The equipments have 7 years guaranty. The owner said they don't keep receipts. they said will fix because they did not put the washer inside the hose after three months later it is still leaking. Their rider hit my back yard fence and trellis. by the end of season they just repaired them. they mow grass every week even the hot weather. when I came home from work, the grass alway dried out and died too. Every time I complained to Adam, he straightened me that he was going to block my phone.

Great experience overall, best I have had since moving to the area 8 years ago. Adam was highly responsive. Provided a quote and delivered the job completed for the quote provided. Overall, great outcome and a great experience.

My yard never look this good after I had it cleaned up. Not twig or leaf was left. I can't praise Crawford enough. To me they are the lawn service I ever had.

Do not sign a contract. They will charge you for 28 cuts whether they cut your lawn or now. If you dont pay $1120 plus 6.25% tax, more if you use a credit card . Adam will sue in small claims court. I disputed $400 and I paid every month. He charged me for all of Nov when he ended service Nov 9th. Who charges for services not rendered? He likes to sue. On March 8th, there were 5 other defendants being sued by him. This is how Adam makes $$$; hopes you don't show for court so he can file a judgment. Customer service is HORRIBLE!! He does not care abt resolving matters because he plans to see you in court. Do not do it

Great service at a reasonable cost.

I hired Crawford Lawn Service to mow my mother in laws lawn weekly. They are responsive, fairly priced, and do a great job. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for lawn mowing service in the South Jersey area!

My grass was cut too low and the workers did not complete the weed-whacking. I told the owner that I wanted to be home when the mulch was installed and he sent his crew out when I was not home. I ordered mulch for the front flower beds and he filled only one and charged me for both. I was charged for 3.5 yards of mulch and the drip hoses were still exposed in the flower bed. I am not happy with the service!

Probably the worst lawn service every provided. The owner was nasty. Nickel and dime for even the smallest courtesies. Lawn was never edged correctly. Bed were never edged. The could not even be bothered to pull a weed from the garden beds that THEY did the clean up on. The WORST Spring cleanup I had to call them back to finish the job. There was no care about any of it and when I was finally sick of the poor service and told them I was leaving, they told me good luck finding someone else who will do all the work I want for ?nothing?. I did, thanks!

Adam and his crew were excellent to deal with! We had the whole house repainted prior to sale and it was tip notch. He also does other types of jobs too!

No one spoke English. They let my dogs out twice and made no attempt to get them . Bad job on the bushes. Messed up my sign out front. The charge was extreme for the service. Never let me know when they were here so I could make sure my moms dogs were in the house.

Had them for the last 3 seasons - very pleased. They also do fall/spring cleanup, and when we had a corner of our property that we didn't know what to do with, they worked with us to identify the correct bush and put it in for us as well. Highly recommended

Contractor showed up as promised and completed job

I highly recommend Crawfords Property Solutions. I have had many lawn cutters service my lawn but Crawfords Property Solutions is absolutely the best of the best. After I contacted HomeAdvisor to find a lawn cutting service, I happened to miss the message sent to me by Crawfords Property Solutions but Adam (who is the man in charge) was nice enough to come to my home and offer his services to me. Adam is very nice and polite, he is knowledgeable, proficient and he never leaves you waiting for an answer because he always answers his phone immediately when you call. Adam's workers are also very polite, on time, and very efficient in giving your lawn a very professional, manicured and simply beautiful look.
