Hired for lawn cutting service and while they were responsive via email and quickly added our home into the schedule (yay!), we were dissatisfied with the quality of the cutting service, even after making requests on site. Feedback was not implemented. The grass was uneven, left too tall and edging was spotty along the fense. We are canceling after 2 weeks and looking for another provider.

We hired Crawfords Property Solutions to install a 60 foot concrete walkway from the driveway to the back deck. They were prompt, responsive, courteous, and reasonably priced. The finished product was of high quality and they finished on time!

We hired Crawford’s for gutter cleaning on a new home we purchased. They reached out to us within 10 minutes of posting a request for a quote and was able to get our job done within 48 hours. The guys cleaned the gutters and then made sure to clean the mess that was made afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone needing gutter cleaning services.

I hired this company to thatch my lawn. They responded quickly and got me on the schedule. I explained clearly that I need the yard thatched and the brown spots in my yard removed before seeding. They arrived when scheduled but their work was very poor. When I got home there were 6 bags of clippings that they left out front. The yard looked horrible. The brown spots were still there and there was still thatchings all over the yard. I could run a thatching rake through the grass and still pick up a ton of dead grass. When I called the owner he said the bags were left to ensure payment. He came back out to address the poor work but even then I just got fed up and let them go because they could not get it right and he kept making excuses. I do not know what the previous high marks are for but I would not recommend them.

they came out same day to give me a quote, started the next week, and have made the whole process really easy for me. My property line is a little confusing and they missed a portion the first time around that doesn't look like my property but actually is. I called them and they came out next day to make sure it was all taken care of.
