Description of Work: I have been a customer of this company for 20 years. I called them to get an estimate on replacing my aging above ground oil tank, and to have my chimney lined. They came out to do an outside inspection, but then called and said they needed access to the house in order to give me an estimate. I made arrangements to meet them at my house and took off work and no one showed. I called, and actually spoke to the manager. He did send someone out late on a Friday afternoon, and I was assured that I would have an estimate in my hands by Monday afternoon. Well, it is Tuesday morning, and still nothing. Needless to say, I am done with them, and will no longer be using them for my home heating oil supplier either.
