we love it . It was a very labor intensive job and it came out great. They gave suggestions along the way that were very helpful in the result being great. Thank you all very much. We now love being outside and admiring our house.

This is one of those (unfortunately, all too rare) positive experiences I've had with a contractor. American Quality Remodeling (AQR) quoted me a reasonable price for a replacement roof. Other companies either didn't get back to me with a price (I don't understand that!) or many were priced way too high. Due to weather, my roofing project was delayed about a week, but on the rescheduled day the work crew showed up early in the morning and finished the new roof in one day. I have a cathedral ceiling, and the old roof leaked so bad that one whole side of my gable style roof had to have both the plywood replaced, AND the interior ceiling panels. AQR roofing crew was unfazed by this, and the supervisor even helped me with picking up supplies from Home Depot for the replacement ceiling. There were no surprise charges. In fact, the only surprise was that I was charged only $150 for the extra labor of ripping out and replacing the interior ceiling panels. They showed me the plywood that was water damaged, warped, delaminated and even rotted to shreds , and a total of 24 sheets of plywood had to be replaced. (Some sheets were marginal, and they asked if I wanted to re-use them, but I wanted a new roof with no more problems.) They charged me the reasonable price cited in the contract for all the extra plywood, and threw in 4 free sheets. The finished roof looks great, and so far, is leak free. AQR were very pleasant to deal with. If I had to call them back for something, I believe they would actually come back to assure my satisfaction. But I haven't had any further roof problems since they replaced it. It has been 3 weeks now. I would recommend American Quality, and have recommended them, to my own family.

Completed all the work in one day- Excellent job

Removed all the windows installed all the new ones in one day it started to rain so they had to stop but the whole house was weather-tight came back the next day and replaced some rotted wood and wrapped all the outsides the two guys are very professional took 8 weeks to get the windows instead of 3 like they said but I'll definitely use them again next year to redo all the outside siding on my house

They were terrible. They will take a more expensive job over a job that was already contracted. If its less expensive, they'll fit you when they can. The installer kept playing games but they eventually did the job. I wouldn't recommend them.

The service, quality of work, attention to detail, and total professionalism made this experience an excellent one. Every step of the process was easy and efficient, and the crew was responsive and aware of a tight timeline that I was working under in order to complete the project. The crew went well above and beyond to ensure that not only was the work done on time, but that it was done with precision and attention to detail. I was very impressed with the way that the crew worked essentially non stop to complete the job, and how at the end of each work day, the entire site was cleaned up and all trash and waste materials were taken away.

The work went well despite the cold weather and snow this winter. The men showed up on time, even when I thought that they wouldn't because of the bitter cold. They were very professional while dealing with us. We have a whole house fan that exhausts through a 3' x 3' louver on the side of the house. When they were removing the siding on that side of the house they also removed the louver and were preparing to replace it with an 18" x 18" louver. When I told them that I needed the 3' x 3' louver they apologized for the mistake and ordered a new louver to replace the discarded one. When my wife and I were looking the new window in the dining room we realized that the depth of the window was not what we wanted. When we mentioned the discrepancy to the lead man, we discussed options, he opted to remove the bow window and remanufacture the bay window to assure that they would match . Because of that we had to wait for the new windows tone installed. Due to the heavy snow this winter cleanup was quite hard. When the snow finally melted we could see all of the material and scraps that they were not able to get the first time. It was considerable. When they came to install the new windows a few of the men went around our house and did the cleanup that was expected. All in all, we are very Happy with American Quality Remodeling and the men we were dealing with. They asked our opinion when there were questions and there were no problems when we told them that we wanted something changed. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

This was truly one of the best experiences I have had with any home improvement product company. The window technicians were extremely professional, punctual and polite. They were so quiet , I almost forgot they were here. I couldn't be more pleased and I will be not only happy to refer business to and advertise for American Quality Remodeling, but I will use them for ALL my future window projects.
