Were used at all times and was on time. Appreciated his open communication in explaining what was going on and the options for repair or replacement, followed up to make sure the job was satisfactorily completed. I recommend this company, will refer others to use them and will use them again in the future of an electrician is needed.

J&Z went out of the way and accommodated my request for service. I had a burnt/lose wire in the main panel that was never installed properly by the original electrician! It was apparently just resting on the contacts without being secured properly for 13 years.

Stuart(the electrician) was very thorough in explaining what had to be done in order to update some old wiring. He kept me updated through the process by phone as I knew he would run into some difficult situations. Even though he had to come back a second day, he did not go over his original estimate.
