Marcuss kept me informed as to when he was going to arrive. He did an excellent job cleaning all of my vents and showed me before and after pictures of the work he did. He explained everything to me and gave me options for future services based on some issues he found. He was very polite, courteous, and professional.

When they got to our house they did a thorough inspection of vents and returns and explained to us the whole process. He was very careful with our belongings. The business owner is the person I hired. He was a remarkable worker -- extremely thorough and hard working, a real perfectionist (though he worked quickly). His manners were impeccable, as well. He is just the sort of person you can feel comfortable having in your home. He was respectful of us and our property. I cannot say enough good things about him. I would recommend him unconditionally based on my excellent experience. (I brought him in to do a dryer vent job, which he accomplished thoroughly, and then I hired him to on the same day clean my heating vents, housewide.) Very very satisfied.

He bent the louvers in the cover to the dryer vent because he did not remove the cover before cleaning the vent.
