He was very nice on the phone. Came and gave me an estimate, he arrived on time and was very professional; however that was the end of it. I would have used him, but I could never contact him to do the work. He didn't respond to phone messages or calls. Finally, when I told him I would give him a bad review on Angie's list he ranted on about how busy he was, how he had family medical problems and it was all my fault. He needs someone to answer his phone, take messages and schedule work.

Just had a new roof put on (Green Valley Contractors) and needed new gutter guards, Dennis was highly recommended, came out and did a lovely job installing my new gutter guards, I'm very pleased, they look so nice, now I don't have to worry anymore about debris filled gutters.

I contacted Let It Rain Seamless Gutters through Angie's List and they promptly got in touch with me. I had visit and estimate within a couple days of my initial contact. When we did the estimate I thought I needed all new gutters but Dennis was very honest and told me my one gutter was fine and only needed the gutter guard. It was wonderful to find a person who is there for the customer and not only for the money. The fee I was charged at the end of the job was exactly the amount of the estimate. My contacts were both through Angie's List (a great service to have) and by phone. The job was completed within 3 weeks of initial contact and the work was beautiful. I love how much neater and cleaner my house looks! They cleaned up all the old gutter and down spouts and took them away. They also cleaned up any debris they dropped while working. They paid careful attention to even the smallest details like closing in all possible openings under the gutter guard that a animal could use to enter or nest in the space. Let It Rain fixed our gutter problems! They were responsive, informative, and friendly to deal with. The issues with our problem-ridden gutters was identified and fixed. Unfortunately the contractor we had used a few years ago hadn't used large enough gutters, had hung them incorrectly, and had installed a gutter guard product that as it turns out wasn't even an actual gutter guard material. Let It Rain replaced everything and it seems to be angled properly and looks great. It poured rain the day after the installation and we were happy to see that they could properly handle the water volume unlike our prior set-up. We'd definitely use them again or recommend them to other people.

We purchased a big deal from Angie's List and the guy was really good. He came out immediately and he fixed our gutter. We had an issue with it, he added in an extension and then he told us he could not waterproof it because of the weather and for us to call him in the spring and he would come back and finish the waterproofing. So, we were really quite happy with this fellow. We have nothing negative about them. My husband dealt with them; he said that he was a very nice personable fellow and absolutely nothing negative. The price was all right. He literally came out within seven working days. We did not pay anything extra other than the big deal purchase. We are very happy with this services.

We initially met and discussed what I wanted done. Dennis arrived on schedule. After discussing what needed to be done he quoted a price and this was the price he billed after the job was completed. We scheduled a date for the installation, but a snow storm interferred. Dennis was prompt in rescheduling and was even willing to do the work with snow on the roof and surrounding areas. We wisely rescheduled for a few days later since warming weather would take card of the snow. On the scheduled day of installation it decided to rain, but Dennis completed the job in the rain. I was very pleased with his professionalism throughout the project.

The owner Dennis came out for an estimate and he knew exactly what the problem was. I purchased a $99 coupon for $200 worth of gutter work, but had additional expenses. Now they are hung correctly thanks to Dennis and his crew. I could not be more pleased with their service!

Dennis and his installers were amazing. His estimate for the complete job and installation of new gutters and leaf guards were very reasonable. Dennis called the night before to confirm the date and time for the work to be done. All debris was removed and we now have a complete new gutter system that is guaranteed for life! From the estimate to completion of the work, Dennis Probus was a pleasure to work with. He responded to my initial call promptly and arrived to provide an estimate as promised. Excellent service and craftsmanship. First, Dennis answered the phone when I called to scheduled the estimate. It was nice that I didn't have to leave a message and wait for a call back. We had very specific questions we wanted answered so Dennis accommodated us by meeting with us on a Saturday morning to give us an estimate. He gave us an excellent price. Dennis showed up exactly when he said he was going to. He was professional and polite. All of the work areas were cleaned, and all debris was removed. Again, his craftsmanship is is excellent. Dennis gave me a very good price and was totally professional, showed up when he said and cleaned all scrape. As I was writing out the check a thunderstom opened up and and thoroughly tested the newly installed gutters which handled the downpour easily. Would HIGHLY recommend Dennis.

This went very well and we are very pleased with the job. We hired them through our roofing contractor (Green Valley Contractors of Randolph and Dover, NJ, owned by Steve Carfaro). Had a lot of roof damage from Hurricane Sandy and needed a total roof replacement. This included removing two layers of old shingles and disposing of them. We contacted the roofer in early November 2012, right after the storm hit in late October, and he finished the job in two days, from Dec. 11 to Dec. 12. To be honest, we were very worried that we would have a long wait for repairs to be made. We were most pleased that Green Valley Contractors got the job done as quickly as they did. We are still seeing so much roof damage in our area and many are still waiting for repairs. Steve suggested that the gutters might also need replacing and we felt he was correct. He had Dennis Probus of Let It Rain Seamless Gutters survey our house to determine what needed to be done and what the cost would be. We discussed a couple of problem areas. Dennis and his partner Anthony finished the job the following day (December 13). We are so pleased with how it all looks and we are quite sure it has been quality workmanship.
