Called Rich and he came exactly on time and diagnosed the problem to be the thermostat. He ordered the part and called back two days later to set up an appointment. Keith, his assistant, also showed up on time (actually 1/2 hour early!). He repaired the wine cooler quickly. He brought a pad to protect the floor as he slid the wine cooler out to repair it. This is the second time I have used them and each time it has been an excellent experience. I would most definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

Rich arrived early, waited for me to get home from work and let him in. Diagnosed the problem with my oven and corrected it. Explained to me how it works and why it wasn't working. Showed me how clean the the stove top burners myself, should the need arise. A good experience.

I would absolutely recommend this company in the future. They came the day after I made the initial call. They were done with their prior job early and called to see if it was OK to show up at our house an hour before scheduled. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it beautifully. The dished have never been so clean. Price was exactly what was quoted over the phone and not a penny more. Highly recommend!

I called Rich on 12/9 @ 4:30 pm and told him I had an issue with my washer machine. It was reading Drainage Clogged. I told Rich we were headed out of town on 12/10 & leaving at noon. By 9:15am on the very next day (12/10), Rich arrived and fixed our problem. Rich is extremely professional, prompt, courteous & knowledgeable. I would use Rich any day & recommend him in a heartbeat!

Scheduling and promptness excellent. Unfortunately, the oven (30+ years old) can't be repaired. Parts no longer available. Rich showed me exactly where the problem was and made suggestions for a replacement oven and was available for follow up questions the following day. Charge for visit very reasonable.

Called Rich @ 12pm on Monday 10/19 and explained to him that I have 2 dryers and neither is working. He informed me that he would have someone at my house LATER THAT DAY!! His technician arrived around 3pm and reviewed the dryer that I had on my first floor. He could have very easily repaired the part to make it heat but when I explained to him that the dryer makes more noise than the basement dryer, he ran a quick diagnostic and found that the motor was close to failing. He recommended scrapping that dryer instead of repairing it. His technician then reviewed the basement dryer, found the reason why that one was not heating and repaired it very quickly. Total charge for the visit -- $75 Rich and his team are extremely honest, prices are extremely fair and he came the same day. I will definitely use this organization again in the future!

Rich was extremely professional and helpful. He found the part that was needed the same day and came back to make the repair on my washer. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

I called Rich on Monday afternoon, explained the issue with my fridge, and he said he's come the next day (between 09:00-11:00.) Rich called me on his way to my house, collected for more info, and was able to figure out the problem right away, and came with the right part. Rich is very professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and the whole experience was hassle free.

After a slight scheduling mix up, Richard showed up within the hour of my phone call. He was prompt, friendly, and had a very reasonable rate. I would certainly use his services again!

I've used them so many times. They're really good. They're very honest with me and they say, "Listen, the cost to repair it exceeds the value of the unit. Just buy a new one." I'm glad they do that. Of course, they still charge me my service call. They come the same day I call them. They're on time. They come at night. Even though a dishwasher may not be a major thing for a residential person. For me, when a dishwasher goes down, that's considered operational failure. So, we have to do an incident report. They come out because they understand the regulations I have to follow. They come out and give me the feedback that I need, let me know what I need to do. If it's documentation that I need so that I can close my incident report, they provide it. They don't have to go above and beyond. But they do and I do appreciate that.

Richard was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and corrected the problem quickly. I would use him again, and would recommend him to anyone in need of appliance repair.

Called Rich at 8pm Tuesday night, by Wednesday 430pm my fridge was fixed. It was great that he came in such short notice and was able to diagnose the problem. His rate was cheaper than calling GE repairman and he gave a 10% discount too.

I called them Saturday morning and they put their tech right on the phone to walk me through at least trying to get a diagnosis. They figured it out quickly. They didn't have an appointment until Monday but they walked me through getting the fridge running at least temporarily which was really great. They came out on time Monday and repaired it quickly. Upon paying they asked where I heard about them and I mentioned Angie's List and received an additional 10% off. A really great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

It went very well. It took two short visits to fix the problem. One to diagnosis the issue with the washing machine and a second to install the replacement part.

Freezer was building up excess ice on shelves. Diagnosed problem as clogged drain line and cleaned and adjusted drain fitting. Seems to have solved the problem.

I told Richard I had a number of concerns about several kitchen appliances. We made an appointment the next week and he provided a 3 hours window. He tested the temperature of the ovens, straightened out the ignition on my stovetop, and gave me lots of tips on fixing and maintaining the dishwasher, ice maker, etc. Very professional and helpful. Excellent service!

Rich was excellent in every way. He responded promptly to my phone call, scheduled an appointment within 2 days, and arrived on time. (In fact, he was a bit early, but he called ahead and ok'd the early arrival with me.) He diagnosed the problem within 2 minutes and rectified it within 15. Since I do some home repair on my own, I had questions for Rich. He was only too happy to explain what he was doing when he was doing it. I would use him again, without hesitation, and recommend him to my friends.

We've use Richard several times and each time it was a very good experience. No one likes to deal with appliance repair but he was efficient, prompt and cost-effective. He is the first one we call whenever an appliance breaks down. Highly recommended.

Rich picked up my call immediately and came out the next day to see what the problem was with my electric dryer. He determined it was the whole computer in the dryer. Gave me a good price to order the part and fix it. Even gave me time to think over wether it was cost effective to fix or purchase a new dryer. The next day I called and he ordered the part. He came at my next availabilty and replaced the computer and fixed my dryer very quickly. Rich is very professional, neat, clean, friendly and punctual. I was very comfortable with him in my home and if I ever needed another appliance repair would call for his services again.

Richard came on time. Performed the work with smile. And charged us less than the work should cost.

Rich was an extreme pleasure to deal with. He worked hard to clear his schedule and get over to install the new one. Unfortunately, the last home owners installed a new floor, which made removal of the old washer very difficult. Rich persisted to find ways to get it out without damaging our floor. The job took him longer than expected, but he did not give up, and still honored the quoted price. You don't find more professional and personal people to deal with than him. I would certainly hire him again and recommend to any friends or family.
