Prompt, courteous, professional...But when you find the $165 drain pump costs $29 on Amazon, well....ouch! I would not have known how to repair the machine, but that's quite a mark-up!

It went extremely well. Technician was very friendly and explained things very well. Job was completed in a timely manner and charge was reasonable and fair. He made sure washer worked properly before leaving. Would definitely hire again.

Great! Keith was courteous, professional and honest. Stated part didn’t need to be replaced, and could be fixed. Also, because there was heavy rain, he was considerate enough to take off his shoes at my door. He didn’t want to track dirt and water on my carpets. Now that is the reason why I would highly recommend All Jersey!

I was impressed from the beginning: from the person who scheduled the appt to the technician. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, said he’d order the needed part, and left. I got a call a few days later to tell me the part was in and they scheduled another appt. He came out 2 days later and installed the part, made sure it worked properly, and left. It was as painless as an appliance repair could be! He was courteous and friendly. The dryer has been working well in the few months since it was repaired.

my samsung dishwasher was leaking so I called on sunday and they came next day (awesome). They diagnosed the problem (internal drain pipe crack causing water to fill leak pan LE issue) and ordered parts then came back and fixed. I am so glad they were responsive and knowledgeable. Thank you!

He was so honest and he only cleaned the hose. He changed my filter I had as well. He was very nice and could have charged me alot and honesty is so great!

He showed up when he said he would and did the repair quickly and neatly . Very professional . I'm happy to see an appliance repairman under the age of 60 ! Now I know if I need to have anything repaired he'll still be around . I would definitely recommend his service and will certainly use his service again should the need arise .

Easy to schedule an appointment for the next day. Rich called me and was available earlier than scheduled if it worked for me. It did, and he was there promptly. He was very professional diagnosed the problem immediately, but was honest that the repair was extensive and costly and suggested based on the age of the machine it would be wiser to replace. I felt he tried to help me out and was honest and fair. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

The washer would not spin. 2 mins and they determined the belt was off. Only charged for the service call. Very knowledgeable and honest! Also, they called and texted to let me know when they would arrive.

Prompt diagnosis, they ordered the part and came back to fix it. Knew what they were doing, fixed right the first time despite having an older model.

It wasn't working right and they came out and basically in five minutes said there is nothing much I could do for you, you need a new machine. The surprising thing was that he didn't charge to come since he couldn't fix it. It usually cost a hundred dollars just to have them show up. I was really overwhelmed because he was basically like you don't need me you need a new machine.When they don't charge you anything, that's a real "A". I would use them again, we've been using them several years. He recommended a good machine to buy, and we went out to buy it.

Rich, the technician, met me at the house, and seemed to know exactly what to do, to get the repair underway. He found the bad part in 20 min. Had a coil on the truck, put the new part in, and reassembled the dryer. Bingo!! All done. I even saved 10% on the part because of Angie's List. Went very well. They were responsive to every phone call. Came out fast and on time. Rich performed the service for me, and did it perfectly and was very clean. He's a very nice guy, and I would trust him to service my house in the future, even if I wasn't home. The pricing is transparent, and he worked fast and didn't waste any time.

Provider assessed the problem by phone and advised that it was a common problem and would not require parts. An appointment was made for the following morning, December 15th. The service man arrived on time and repaired the problem.

I really cannot say enough good things about our experience with All Jersey Appliance Service. Rich was very personable, and charged us a fair price to replace the two ignitors on our 36" Viking range. During the same visit, he also diagnosed issues we've been having with our LG Washer, and was very honest about the high-cost of repair and recommended that it might be cheaper to purchase a new washer. We found Rich to be very honest and trustful, and would highly recommend All Jersey Appliance Repair to friends and family. It's so nice these days to find someone who is honest and takes pride in their work.

Unfortunately the cost of parts made it not worth repairing.

Arrived on time. Polite. Very knowledgeable and professional. Took the time to explain what wasn't wrong/items working in good condition. Diagnosed and repaired minor problem. Suggested I place something under front washer feet to prevent it from sliding on linoleum floor during spin cycle.

Final price was slightly higher than telephone quote, but additional parts needed to be replaced (and I don't know anybody who can diagnose a problem exactly over the phone). Overall we are very satisfied with their work, and would definitely hire them again.
