Description of Work: Our refrigerator was leaking and I was looking for a trustworthy appliance repairman. Multiple neighbors in the area told me about All Jersey. I called on a Sunday waiting to leave a voicemail and Ashley answered. She was so nice and professional. She said since we were on Rich's way home, she would add us onto the schedule for the following day from 3-6pm. Since it was last minute I thought for sure he would get there closer to 6pm but he was at our house at 3pm. He was completely professional, saw that there was a baby and took his shoes off at the door, quickly diagnosed the work and the service was done. I was so happy with the service, we asked him to look at my washing machine that I had procrastinated having looked at by other repair companies. He looked at it and we are currently waiting for the part to come in. So happy we found them. Everyone is professional and cost is reasonable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. I wish all contractors were this good.

Called Rich 3 days in advance for convenient appt time. he showed up on time told us what was necessary to repair had part in his truck and was done in less than 45 minutes. he was professional and friendly while working diligently. We would hire again for any household appliance repair

Description of Work: Had my oven door taken apart and cleaned and light replaced in oven. I can't say enough about how professional, courteous and great this company is - they did an outstanding job - my oven is like new again! Very reasonable and impeccable service. They had to come back with the bulb and followed through on that without requiring any follow up phone calls from me. These gentlemen are so nice, I will never use any other company again for all my appliance repairs.

Description of Work: He investigated our gas stove and oven, since the oven would not light. Unfortunately, the part that needs to be replaced is no longer in production. But Richard assured us the stovetop is still safe to use until we replace the oven.
